Frustration and Regret

Her plans were forgotten as she tried to understand her current predicament. She could not go back to the life she had before. Yelan thought she knew everything about herself, about her family. However, these new revelations shook everything she believed in—challenged what she knew.

As if in a trance, she made her way back to her bedroom assigned to her. She sat on the bed and covered her face with both of her hands. What should she do now?

Yelan collapsed on the bed and turned her head on one side, only to see a telephone near her bed. Slowly, she sat up, crawled, and picked up the phone. Fortunately, it was connected. She needed to talk with Yuna, to know what really happened before, and to get to the bottom of this.

If it had a bottom. What if it was a continuous fall? How deep could this be? She was afraid that the deeper she dive, the darker the secrets would be.
