His smirk and lazy demeanor brought nothing but trouble for himself and the others around him. His relentless nature of stealing, his rebellious adolescence year, and the capability to smile by the teeth of a gnawing dragon brought his charm to a height that fairies once forget. Though his perverted nature often gets them to scurry away almost immediately, those that stayed long enough to know him better, know the redeeming qualities of Lyon Torga as a whole.

Regardless! His arrival in this world has rotated an old cog of fate that those old monsters and old kings in the ages of the ancients, would have never guessed to be working again.

Returning to the present, Lyon, who was under her embrace, smiled softly. "It was the start of it all."

Maria chuckled, a warmth in her voice. "It is, isn't it?"

Lyon's smile faded into a thoughtful expression. "Do you think it's a mistake?"

Maria's eyes softened as she looked at him. "Then it would be the best mistake I've made," she said, leaning in to kiss him. Just as their lips touched, the scene shifted back to the past, seamlessly blending memory and present reality.

Back in the past, Maria was bent over the bed, her lips gently touching Lyon's as he lay there, injured but smiling. The chaotic energy that had once threatened to overwhelm him was now subdued, a testament to Maria's care and the unexpected effects of the Dragon's Wine. Her kiss was both a promise and a seal, binding their fates together from that moment forward.
