[The Fermentation subroutine handles the absorption and storage of alcoholic materials. This particular subroutine will analyze and catalog alcohol automatically for the Host. Reactivation of Fermentation subroutine has unlocked the brewery.]

[Upon reactivation the subroutine can brew beer in the brewery. It will be treated by the system to remove contaminants and ensure optimal temperature levels. The beer will be upgraded and adjusted according to further samples and ingredients collected.]

No pain no gain they say. His liver might not agree but Zanir was happy with the haul he got. He had enough beer to unlock the subroutine and produce his own. Filled with curiosity he decided to check his status and see what the brewery looked like.

He ventured into his world space eager to see the new additions. Since the last time he entered, he had reactivated the Farming and Fermentation subroutines. With the addition of a ranch and a brewery the topography had shifted.

The ranch had appeared next to the farm. There were spacious fields for the animals to roam and frolic in. They were blocked off from directly accessing the farm, lest they trample or devour the produce. The animals paid no heed to the tall sturdy fence that demarcated the zones. They were interested in the buffer zone just before the fence.

Between the ranch and the farm the system had planted several verdant patches of wild grass and several other plants. The animals could scavenge, forage, and hunt here. The diet and social interactions of the animals would be greatly improved. It was a totally different environment than living in captivity.

Normally animals would be fed crops according to the farmer's budget. Only the most successful breeders would have the necessary capital to setup habitats native to their creatures. Naturally with the system managing things that didn't apply to Zanir. Now he knew why they wanted to come here.

To the animals, the freedom to run around in environment that emulated their homeland was paradise. Here they could wander and explore without the constant threat of predators. It was a haven for the animals to begin with. The mysterious druid influence permeating the world space pushed the animals already soaring morale into fanatical levels.

Satisfied that his creatures would grow and thrive Zanir turned his attention to the Brewery. It was an older traditional style wooden building that appeared next to the grove. Inside there were several large vats interconnected with various tubes. A series of large wooden casks were stacked neatly off to the side.

Checking the display he found the majority of them empty for now. There were only a few that were labelled and had a tap on them. He confirmed they were the beers he had previously absorbed. Since there was plenty of room he chose to have the system brew something while he was out.

He went with the system recommendation to brew a Gruit ale. It would use an herb mixture for bittering and flavoring the beer. More expensive than the traditionally used hops it would give the beer a very unique flavor. He was looking forward to trying the first of many wonderful home brewed beers.

After reviewing the changes Zanir was satisfied with his progress. His world seemed to be growing by leaps and bounds every day. He left the world space and returned home. Not much time had past and it was still early. The sun was shining out over a beautiful day. Thanks to the system's hard work he had the day off and could do whatever he wanted to.
