Swoosh! Another red head fell to the ground. "Pathetic." She kicked the head away like it was a soccer ball. She walked unconcernedly through the empty streets.

"Hey, Rude @ss."

"Yes?" Ruddy asked as he appeared before Fallyn. Wondering why the human had chosen to screw around with his name.

She picked at her nails. "Why are the zombies so d@mn weak? It only takes three strikes before they die."

Ruddy sweated as flew around her. "This is a tutorial. So perhaps that is the reason."

"This is stupid. What are [Points] even for? Are they [Points] of improvement or something? Like every time I kill a thing, the "System" is like 'oh I need to fix this sh!t up.'"

"To be exact [Points] stand for contribution points. The more points the better rewards at the end of the [Game]."

Fallyn stabbed another zombie. "Can we see other players' contribution points?"

"Not unless you have special equipment or [The System] gives you the [Specialty or Skill] of looking at rankings or something."

"Come to think of it why have you only been following me?"

Ruddy looked away and sighed into the distance. "Perks of being the top contributor of this section."

"Section?"

"Earth is divided into 100 divisions that host 1500 subdivisions which hold 150 sections, and those have 10 subsections."

"How many things are there of you?"

"Half goblin swamp fairies? How would I know I'm not some kind of census that monitors the population of my kind."

"So because I kill the most, you get to watch and answer my questions?"

"Yes, basically."

Fallyn and Ruddy settled into a peaceful silence full of swishes and slashes of zombies. Her [Points] escalating nonstop.

"Hey, human."

"Mhm."

"Are you just gonna continue to slash these creatures to death with that puny knife for an entire month?"

"Probably, why?"

Ruddy made a distressed expression. "Don't you need food or sleep or some other basic human functions of rest?"

Fallyn stopped and tapped her lips. "I guess you're right. But I don't even know where to get food." She made a clueless expression.

Thwack! Ruddy facepalmed. "Don't you live here?"

"I've never entered this section of the city."

"Then why are you here?"

"My [Class] of being a Serial Killer told me so," Fallyn replied matter-of-factly. She easily chopped another zombie down. "It said something along the lines of the more enemies you kill a multiplier will be activated to make the number of [Points] you get higher. Something like that. Which is why I've just been continuing my serial killing habits. Not to mention these are the slums! Do you think I would get caught here in my private school uniform with tons of money!"

"I have never seen a person admitting to being a serial killer so easily."

Fallyn shrugged.

"Miss!" A voice came out from under a car. "Please wait for me! Don't leave yet!" A small boy who was most likely in middle school crawled forward. He wore a worn out windbreaker and dirty jeans along with a fedora.

Ruddy quickly poofed away.

Fallyn stared at the brat in her eyes. "What do you want kid?"

His eyes shined with a burning fire. "I want you to help me survive."

"Excuse me? Do I look like a babysitter?"

"I overheard your conversation with the weird green thing. You don't know where you right? I live here," he gestured to himself, "and have nearly been everywhere in this city. I can help you. I'll be your navigator."

"If you heard that much, then you know I kill people right?"

"Yeah, but that doesn't matter," he waved his hands in front of him while shaking his head of red hair, "we're in some [Game] or something if this continues we're most likely gonna need to bond together as a race and forget past animosity."

"What kinda sh!t are kids like you even into these kinds of days? Have you gone to the doctor? Making friends with serial killers isn't a good thing to do at your age."

"Hey! Don't be a meanie just cause you're older than me. Also, I think being with a person that can kill is better than being with a person that can't kill."

Fallyn gave him a funky look. "I like your logic kid but I'm gonna have to decline your offer."

The youngster gave her puppy eyes and quivered his lips. He attempted to play the pity card.

"G0dd@mnit," she smooshed her words quickly together. "What are your [Stats] kid? If they're decent I'll take you with me."

"Aw yes!" He punched one fist in the air. "Wait, you can see my stats?"

"Yep, part of this weird [Game] thing. Just can't see the private stuff, if you hide it less I get a skill or something to bypass your privacy."

"You have a map skill. Very well, I'll take you Mr. Yatakiri. But," she held her words back and watched his eyes widen in fear of what's to come. "once you come under my wing." She stepped forward until she towered right over his form, "there is no turning back."

Mitsu pondered for a second. "Yep, that's fine. By the way call me Mitsu, Mr. Yatakiri sounds super old."

Fallyn yawned. "Yeah, okay, don't care. So where the flock are we?"

"Why didn't you just say f!ck?"

"Guilty conscious to curse in front of children."

"You literally just killed a zombie in front of me and cursed a few moments ago with green thing. Actually, you did curse with me before! Not to mention you're a serial killer and now we're discussing your conscious and morals?"

Fallyn rolled her eyes. "You're a smart little shi-" she held her tongue, "take mushroom, aren't you. Being all adulty about my vocabulary and habits. I wonder if I'm allowed to put little ones like you to sleep too. Hey Ruddy! Get your as-phalt here."

A green portal appeared in the middle of the sky and his figure fell out. "What?"

"Am I allowed to kill humans? That are like on my team or species or whatever?"

"..."

Mitsu gave Ruddy and the elder sister a weird look. "Um, Miss. I never got your name."

"Just call me Fallyn or Lyn, either or."

"..." Ruddy pondered what to say. He had never received a question from a player about killing their own teammates just for the hell of it. "I'm gonna say no? You shouldn't be off killing your teammates?"

"That's too bad. Means I can't put this little as holy hole to rest."

"..." Ruddy and Mitsu thought together.

"So kid, where the fleck are we gonna go?"

"I suggest the supermarket. There's food, water, and other essentials there."

Fallyn gave him a thumbs up. "Okay. Bring us there kid. Also Ruddy go away."
