Vivan'Mouri Part 2

Sepan was shocked at the Grand Elder's offer, mainly because he had never had a family. Sepan bowed down and said" Yes, Grandfather." the Grand Elder was ecstatic and laughed out" Hahaha, Sepan, you are now my only male descendant and you will probably inherit my position. This is great I finally have someone to teach my twin blade arts to!" Sepan looked up at his new grandfather and asked"Where will I go now that the meeting seems to be done?" The Grand elder said to the hall" I will take him to my manor to meet his cousins and aunts. As well as start teaching him how to fight!"

Sepan looked at the women in front of him and then at the Grand Elder and questioned"This is my family now?" What he saw were three women who where about mid-twenties and one who was a bit older who the Grand Elder told him were his aunts and four girls between the ages of five and ten. The ten-year old girl walked up to and asked"which season were you born in, I want to know if your older than me?" Sepan looked at the girl who like all of the other members of the Vivan'Mouri family had serpentine eyes and said" Early Spring, just as the snow clears up." The girl looked disappointed and said" you're older than me by six months,SIX! and you're adopted!" the Grand Elder reprimanded her by saying"He's FAMILY, Vivian! Treat him as such!" the girl Vivian pouted then went back to her room, her mother who was the older women went up and apologized before following Vivian.

Sepan followed the Grand Elder to a courtyard the Grand Elder told him was now his. The Grand Elder told him to practice his Serpent's Hunger until he hit a wall in his training. Sepan was confused on why he couldn't progress and searched his memories for the answer, and when he found it he deflated. Every four realms he needed to gather the blood power of beasts and it would only get harder every time, but then Sepan looked at why this was and from being depressed he became stunned at the power of Serpent's Hunger. Sepan saw the this blood power was gathered to improve his physical body to the point where he could actually withstand the influx of energy created by the technique. Sepan went to his Grandfather and told him this and his Grandfather just asked how many beasts he needed to kill, and it turns out that it was only one Grandmaster realm beast to instantly progress. Sepan's Grandfather took out two blades and said"Now I will teach you blade arts, the first is Serpent's Fangs. A pretty basic technique of the lower Spirit Class."
