Too bad if it was just a dream
When Liu Jie was successfully freed, Lu Meilin falls into a state of unconsciousness. Just before her head fell on the cold floor, Liu Jie caught her body.
Even with a hazy sense, Meilin still smiled towards Liu Jie. This would be too bad if it was just a dream; she thought and completely fell in slumber while in Liu Jie's arms.
Liu Jie didn't expect the toll of the spell casting towards Lu Meilin. He lifted the soft body of Meilin towards the other door he thought as the bedroom. Even though the apartment is quite small for two people, Liu Jie still found a place for Meilin to rest. Now that he is completely out of the bind with the book, he can see the whole place.
"Small place with a pile of unwanted things," Liu Jie mumbled when he saw how messy the place Meilin lives.
Before anything else, he first tended the weakened state of Meilin. With just a touch, Meilin's pale face started to have a more acceptable color in terms of healthiness. Liu Jie then fixed her apartment, however, he noticed something.

Early in the morning, Meilin felt as good as a horse ready for a run. When she looked around, everything was different!
"Oh God, what happened last night?!" she shouted when she saw how her things were neatly placed on its proper place. She immediately remembered the book she was talking to last night.
She looked on her palm but only a small scar was in there. Meilin feels like she will be crazy any minute now. If this is just another dream inside a dream, then, she will really need to wake up this instant! Her place is so clean!
She walked out of her room and she almost stumble down when her face bumps on something… soft and hard? Meilin opened her eyes and saw a dazzling man! So this is the stunning genie angel man thingy of the book? So, the spell did work!
"Looking pretty energetic in the morning, eh?" he said as he retracted back as he realizes they are too close.
Meilin can't keep up with this. So, this is not a dream? Not really a dream? If not, then, that book is true and not just her sleepiness and fantasy-loving side toying her?
"Are you… Liu Jie?" she asked, "Did you really came out of the book?"
Liu Jie smiled when he felt a sudden thumping inside him. This was because of the spell they had done last night. Apart from them being in a bind of marriage, the partners will also feel the same emotions of their partners. More reasons why many servants don't want to be bind. For them, emotions are unnecessary things for their beings. Emotions hinder the right judgement, but it doesn't mean they don't get married. More or less it was duty and responsibility, but no more than companions of the other.
"I am Liu Jie."
With that, he felt another surge of emotions coming from Meilin. If he can describe it, he was drowning.
"Seriously?! You were that person inside the book?! Oh my God! Am I dreaming?! Holy shit! Are you an angel? A genie man? You told me you're an angel but you also said you can grant my wish! So you are an angel genie man! Say Liu Jie, can you make me really rich? As in rich like super rich? Did you also clean my apartment? I'm really sorry about that, though, I don't have much time in cleaning this palce of mine. Have you eaten? Wait, do you even need to eat?"
Liu Jie can't help but feel frustrated how talkative Meilin were. He snaps his fingers and in an instant, Meilin can't speak anymore. More like, can't hear her voice.
