Long Xiuying attempted to have the Prime Sovereign's Shadow to grind again but it failed. He did not realize earlier and thought that the Prime Sovereign's Shadow would have an infinite amount of life. Now he knew that next time, he will try to recall his shadow before its death.

The cooldown was too long. And even more, so that he felt that his spiritual energy was slowly leaking into a certain direction. He did not notice it before since it was so slow.

"Impossible, that damn ritual. It seemed that I can't escape it. FUCK! Every one of them, even with a new lease on my life, they still haunt me to this day. DAMMIT!" He felt somewhat powerless at that moment, but he soon forced himself to calm down.

He watched the shadow silently as it wandered around looking for its first prey. There he found a white bear feasting on another beast with its bloody paws. The white bear saw the shadow approaching him and dropped what it was doing and lunged at it with a hungry look.

The shadow barely avoided it but it still able to scratch his shoulder causing black ashes to scatter in the air. The white bear smelled no blood like it thought it would, but it still considered it a threat, thus, will still try to kill it.

Long Xiuying was worried that the shadow will be killed before it could do anything.

The white bear was way stronger than the wolf. The wolf was around initial qi condensation stage as well as this white bear, but for some reason it was strong.

"It must be this dimension. Even though it is a 1 star, it is a rare dimension. Does that mean that is will also affect the quality of the inhabitant also?" He was not sure, but for now, all he needed to know that rarity of dimension increased the inhabitants' strength for now.

Long Xiuying carefully watched the shadow and the white bear fought each other. It seemed that the shadow had no intention to retreat. This made Long Xiuling nervous. If only he had a way to control it.

The shadow and the white continued to fight. Prime Sovereign's Shadow fought disregarding the injury it took as it tore through the white-bear skin with his fingers. Long Xiuying did not care how many injuries that the shadow took or the pain he was going to feel later, as long as it does not die. The shadow must win.

After the vicious battle between two savages, the air was now scattered with black ashes, and on the floor was blood flowing from the corpse of the white bear. The shadow had barely won by lunging its hand through the white bear chest piercing its heart.
