Ye Shie finally found a spot where he can read the book he received, looking at Zhao Zhun's direction one last time and upon seeing him sitting down with his friends, Ye Shie sighed in relief.
He took a deep breath. Focusing on the book, with his eyes sparkling with curiosity, Ye Shie lifted the front cover, with his hands trembling with excitement.

In this boundless planet, There are two Major types of Formation Paths.
First the Regular Formations.
The Regular Formations are made out of different Items, placed or arranged in specific manner or order, accordingly, procuring the desired effects of the user.
Regular Formations are the most common and desired path, most Formations Masters choose from. Besides to it's simple and straightforward way of doing things, Formations require less control and and energy spent due to the help of Items. Albeit it's preparations.
Second is the Rune Formations.
Rune Formations are formations based upon Runes.
Runes are specific types of Characters which produces it's own effects. To use Rune Formations, one must first become a Rune Master.
Rune Masters use their Qi as the ink and the air as the paper, with their mind as the tool brush, and the spirit for the control.
An example of a rune would be The Character of Fire (火). That character could produce fire, depending on the ability and skill the Rune Master has. Hence the better Qi, and control, The better the fire will be.
Rune Formations are, the same as Regular Formations, with the exception of instead of using Items, Rune Formations uses Runes. With the Usage of Runes, Rune Formation Masters, doesn't require buying Expensive materials, and they can be activated anywhere, where as the Regular Formations, that requires items and preparations.
Although Rune Formation Master are independent and accessible. Rune Formation Masters requires excessive amounts of Control, for the rune to Function. Even a single Character Requires the whole concentration of the User, what would happen if he create Dozens of those.
Alas, due to it's difficulty, the overall number of Rune Masters in this boundless planet can be counted using all toes and fingers. That's why, most Formation Masters chooses the path of Regular Formations, rather than Rune Formations.

Regular Formation Masters and Rune Formation Masters are ranked upon their skills.
If a Regular Formation Masters makes a Rank 1 Formation, He is now a Rank 1 Formation Master. The Higher the Rank of Formations he can make, the Higher His rank will be.
If a Rune Formation Master creates a Single Rune, He is also a rank 1 Formation Master. But! After Rank One,
Rank 2 Rune Formation Masters requires 16 runes,
with the Rank 3, Requiring 64 Runes,
Rank 4, 512 Runes
Rank 5, 2,048 Runes
Rank 6, 8,192 Runes
Rank 7, 32,000+ Runes
Rank 8, 65,000+ Runes
Rank 9, 200, 000 Runes
Upon reading up to here, Ye Shie's became dumbfounded 'What!? I thought it would be 1+1? How? and Why?' Staring in confusion Ye Shie continued.
It has been studied and proven that only these number of Runes can match the Rank of it's counter Ranked Formations.
"But how can 200,000 runes form a formation? Isn't that too many?"
Due to the sheer number of Runes, In higher levels, the Rune Formation Master must Decrease and Compress the Rune into tiny Miniature dots, combining them all to Form a Single Character or Multiple Characters, depending on the Formations Used.
Ye Shie was completely Immerse in his own thoughts, forgetting where he is, and what he is doing. Just pure immersion, savoring the feeling of this new knowledge, in his own spot, on the corner of the Library.
Unnoticeably the Purple Crystal Deep within his Soul Consciousness flickered for bit, then remained as if nothing happened.

The door to the Library opened and a 10 year Old Scarlet Girl appeared, due to her ordinary face, most of the people inside the library ignored her.
The 10 year Old girl, looked around as if looking for something, or someone.
When she turned her head into direction Zhao Zhun's area, her eyes shone displeasure and discontent for a moment. But when she spotted Ye Shie in the corner of the library, She frowned, showing more discontent and displeasure, with a hint of anger and injustice.
Looking at him immerse at what he is reading, Xiao Rou sighed thinking 'Stupid Shie! Why didn't you visited me last night! And you dare left me this morning too!? ARGH! SO STUPID!' the more she thought about it, the angrier she gets.
She was about to took a step towards him when, a glint of mischievous light shone through her eyes.
She stopped for a bit, then she grinned "We'll see if you won't come to me now! Hmph!" She then went outside the library for a bit.

That 10 Year old Scarlet Haired girl left,
Then the door opened again, with same age, same hair color, but with a different countenance and with stunningly beautiful face.
This time, most of the people inside the library stopped in place, looking at her attractive face, their eyes all stared in daze.
The first to react was Zhao Zhun, Standing abruptly, he waved his arms towards the girl, and said amiably "Miss Xiao?" Then he hurriedly stood up, walking towards her first, it was only after a moment, that all the people in daze woke up from their stupor, after seeing her, they all knew who she was, then they politely bowed and continued their business afterwards, with some still looking at her flustered.
Xiao Rou, who released her Face Alteration Technique glanced at the Still immersed Ye Shie, then she "Tsk!" silently.
Seeing Zhao Zhun walking towards her, Xiao Rou mumbled silently "Annoying Bugs! Tsk!".
She coldly looked at them and said in a cold voice "What?"
Zhao Zhun, arranging himself properly, while showing his most amicably face replied smiling "Miss Xiao Rou? What brings you here?"
Zhao Zhun's friends caught up and gathered around Xiao Rou, one of them said "Zhun? Why don't you introduce us to this beautiful little Miss?"
Zhao Zhun's looked at him thinking 'If you're not the youngest son of the Black Water Sect's(6) Clan master, I would probably Kill you already!' but his face smiled instead saying "Fellow Friends, This is the Xiao City Lord's daughter, Xiao Rou" then he looked at Xiao Rou with his amicably face saying "Miss Xiao, that is" Pointing to the black robed youth then said "Fei Ta the Young Master of Black Water Sect(6)" and continued introducing his 'Friends' one by one.
Xiao Rou, continued glancing at Ye Shie, Ignoring all of these young masters.
Seeing Ye Shie still immerse in reading Xiao Rou's anger exploded thinking 'You dumb stupid Shie!! Stupid YE SHIE!! ARGH!!' with her cold face, she looked at the still introducing Zhao Zhun. Then,
Covering her mouth Xiao Rou laughed loudly "Hahaha!"
Afraid that that Ye Shie might not hear her voice, she spoke loudly. "Haha~ You're so funny Young Master Zhao" A melodious laughter rang out the library, causing all the people inside to look at it's source.
She glanced at Ye Shie's direction and seeing him staring at her in daze, her heart felt, happy, victorious, and content. Then she hurriedly looked at the flustered Zhao Zhun avoiding Ye Shie's eyes, She said while smiling sincerely "That's so true!".
When Zhao Zhun's group of Friends heard her laughed, they first looked at her as if she was crazy, but upon hearing her melodious voice and seeing her beauty, they all froze on the spot again, staring at her in daze.
Upon seeing Xiao Rou's sincere smile towards Zhao Zhun, they all glared at him feeling envy, anger and jealousy, thinking 'What did this guy do!?' 'God Damn It!' and 'FUCK YOU!' while Zhao Zhun, in question foolishly nodded, smiling and laughing along with Xiao Rou, thinking 'What's Funny? What's True? Who cares!!' then he glanced at his 'Friends' and smirked.

When Ye Shie first heard the familiar laugh, He flinched for a moment, but then continued reading.
But when he heard the "Haha~ You're so funny Young Master Zhao" he couldn't help but looked towards the source, and upon seeing that Oh so familiar scarlet hair, and beautiful face, Ye Shie froze, looking at her in daze, trembling for a bit, he sighed, in his heart a sense of peace spread.
But when he saw Xiao Rou surrounded by those Young Masters, and seeing Xiao Rou smiling and laughing to Zhao Zhun intimately. His heart felt something different, agitation, anxiety, fear, followed by rage, annoyance, and irritation, mixing together.
'Huh?! Wha-what is happening!?' Clutching his chest, while panting, Ye Shie tried to suppress these raging emotions from within.
Seeing Xiao Rou, laughing along with those Young Master, Ye Shie for the first time in his life, felt jealousy. Albeit he doesn't know these feelings yet.
He looked at the Young Masters, and feeling that they were the source and cause of this emotion, Ye Shie stood up, walking towards them, while frowning.
