Reiya, Dro And The Dungeon

Dro looked at the monster that made the girl waver. The monster was a huge tree, the monster had slightly more health than a monster elite of the same level.

Looking at the monster then looking back at the Vampire Elf, Dro tilted his head in confusion he couldn't figure out why was the girl wavering. Dro shifted his graze from the tree to her and he still couldn't figure out why was she hesitating, "What's wrong?" The girl hearing her master's words took a deep breath and started casting her spell.

The casted fireball flew through the air and hit the huge tree, the tree was not killed in this hit. He looked at Reiya and spoke in an ancient voice, "Elven child why are you attacking us?" Reiya bit down her lip and launched another fireball.

Reiya looked back at Dro with eyes that were already starting to tear up, "Master must be confused." Dro nodded his head, "Why are you crying? What's with this overgrown tree?" She laughed slowly and replied, "This tree is the ancient guardian of the forest, harming this ancient guardian is a taboo for elves. These trees are sacred in our culture. That was the reason I was wavering. so master if we come across any more guardians please let me be the one to dispatch them," Dro nodded his head and spoke slowly, "Fine."

She smiled, "Thank you, master."

After killing the huge tree Reiya led them deeper into the sacred forest. From this moment on, they started encountering the tree monsters. Reiya killed every single one of the trees. With each tree, she killed she grew more apart from her elven roots. With each tree, she killed she thought about herself less of an elf and more of a Vampire. She knew that there was no longer any way she could go back to the days where she was an elf. She knew her only place now was by her master side and nowhere else.

Reiya and Dro walked on the corpses of the trees as they reached an open area, further down this area stood a huge tree. Dro looked at this monster he could identify it as of one those three guardians bun unlike the rest of them. This Guardian Of The Forest was a boss type monster.

Dro focused on this monster, he saw that this boss had more health than an average boss of the same level. Looking closer he could see the big tree.

Reiya looked at this huge tree and resoluteness flashed in her eyes. She turned her head at Dro, "Master please don't intervene, I want to do this myself," Dro glanced at the girl and replied, "If I sense that you are in danger, I will intervene. Whether you like it or not."

She sighed, "Do as you wish, master" She turned her head towards the tree and smiled,

Dro was taken aback by this sudden increase in favourability. With this increase the favourability of Reiya was now at 50, it was only 50 away from reaching 100, favourability. When that time comes Dro would choose Reiya's talents. Dro didn't know that Reiya already thought of Dro as the only place she could return to.

He nodded his head and stood back waiting for Reiya to start the boss fight. Reiya looked at this monster, she took a deep breath. When resoluteness flashed in her eyes she started casting her spell. She started casting a fireball spell. With the final words of the incantation. The spell flew from her hands and hit the three ancient that was standing some distance away from her.

Ancient Guardian Liujk snapped open his eyes, he looked at Reiya who attacked him, surprise flashed in his eyes and he bellowed in an ancient voice, "Elf? Attacking the guardians?"

She ignored the tree's words and followed up with another fireball spell. The tree that got hit by two fireballs in a row got angered. With his slow hand, he reached out for Reiya. She quickly dodged and launched another fireball spell.

With three attacks hit, the monster lost more than 300,000 health. The monster bellowed and kept trying to hit the Vampire Elf, that ran around and cast fireball spells at it. When the monster had lost a million health he roared. With the tree's roar, three treants entered the area.

She saw the monsters and she roared to Dro, "Don't touch them, I will take of everything myself." With her roar, she directed her fireball at one of the trees. Since it was a summoned add, the girl killed it in one strike. She now faced three monsters, two adds and a BOSS.

The boss tried attacking her, but each one of his attacks was skillfully dodged by the Vampire Elf. Dro watched this with a surprised expression. his brow tensed up when he realised that Reiya was better at dodging then him. He just laughed to himself and he continued watching the fight.

With the adds dead and the boss at half health, the boss bellowed and elves came out from the woods. These elves were all suited with bows. They didn't talk to Reiya they just drew their bows and fired. The girl couldn't dodge the quick arrows, and a few of them hit her. Her health dropped. She sensed the danger and bit her lip, "Master please help me with the elves."

Dro was a little surprised to hear her voice, he was surprised that she would request the help against the monsters of this forest. Dro didn't hesitate he immediately attacked the Elf that appeared to aid the BOSS.

Dro dispatched all the elves with one hit, while he did that the Vampire Elf Reiya focused on the BOSS. The fight continued, Dro was now killing all the elf adds that boss summoned while Reiya handled the boss, fighting it one on one.
