Furner is in Deep trouble

With a casual wave, Yasil and Quinn's conversation was displayed in Zenith box.

Quinn was still out of it, he was in deep thoughts while everything was played before him. Actually, it was more of experiencing than watching, it was just too real.

Elgar went and shook Quinn's shoulders, only then Quinn snapped out of it.

"What happened??"

Elgar facepalmed but didn't go into details, he directly jumped into the matter.

Quinn went through the details and sent a heavy-hearted sigh. He never expected Kallis's condition to this complicated, everything Yasil told about Kallis proved to be true.

He knew Kallis had to suffer a tragic fate, and Yasil must become a villain to save his son.

While Quinn was in deep thoughts, Boris eyeballs moved, and slowly he came to conscious. Just a few seconds later, Lardo was also up.

After Elgar's warning, Quinn immediately sat up while his eyes locked on Lardo and Boris. Boris was inspecting Kallis anxiously while Lardo shouted for help.

Though all of them knew shouting for help would cancel their rewards, none of them voiced it out as a concern. In fact, the notion of abandonment of mission wasn't even considered.

Kallis severe condition weighed too heavily in their mind. His muscles tightened and shivered while his brows crushed, indicating the severe pain he was undergoing. But palms had got the most bizarre mutation; nerves from all over his body was crawling to his hands like little worms.

It was too horrifying little kids of their age, Quinn still kept his cool. He has seen worse medical conditions; moreover, he was assured that Yasil wouldn't do anything detrimental to Kallis.

Just as Quinn walked to Kallis, the guardian walked in and pulled back both his friends.

"Don't disturb him, his body is adapting to the new Physique."

He calmly stated, and his voice had a pacifying effect which subdued their anxiety.

Then guardian applied started some oil on Kallis's body and started giving a massage while simultaneously applying Qi to free up the wriggled nerves. Despite his massage technique being poor, the Qi helped it become useful.

The next couple of minutes was the longest minute in their life, each second seemed much longer than an hour.

After what seemed like an eternity Kallis opened his eyes, immediately he raised hands to the face and stared at his dark skin.

These no shade of shock or surprise in his eyes. It was just filled with unwillingness and sorrow, Kallis seemed to have had a premonition that he will go through such a transformation.

Everyone was silently eyeing Kallis inhumanely normal reaction to such dramatic transformation.

A ten-foot hulking silver android slowly landed near the kids as the thruster on the legs gave out blue flames.

With just one look anyone could tell it was made with utility as the prime objective. Every inch of its body was packed with tools and equipment for rescue operations. Moreover, there was no distinct face, it was just a Semi-circle on top without any hole; there was no eyes, nose, ears or mouth.

Immediately the android grabbed everyone, including the Guardian by wrapping them with tentacles protruding from its back.

Then, the thrusters emitted tons of fire and propelled the giant upwards; the android broke through the cave ceiling like a rocket. The amazing part was that none of them was injured despite crashing into the rocks.

In barren island next to Dark Star-Crab cave Giant Android carrying an old man and four little kids on back smoothly landed. In a few seconds, the empty island slowly sunk like a boat riddled with holes.

"Oh, my God!!! How did I forget this basic detail??"

The Guardian exclaimed in disbelief; actually, Yasil also operated using Qi, but everything happened in a Time Paradox, which essentially means such an event didn't occur at all. Furner being the Guardian of the cave, was responsible for both Students and the island's safety.

Slowly the cave holes were sealed, and the Dark Star Crab Cave sank into the sea bed. It took only ten minutes to completely vanish from their sight.

Furner sighed.

Though it was just a drop of water for the Natal Dawn School such careless mistakes will be seriously reviewed by the School Management.

The monotonous dialogue from the Android was akin to rubbing salt on an open wound. Furner felt like digging a hole to bury his head, in the impulse to check on his closing Disciple Furner missed out the simple rule of Qi- Forbidden area.

While Furner was mulling over his current predicament, the android picked the students once again flew to Dusty Zephyr Island. Furner wasn't worried about Kallis he has given a thorough examination, and officially taking Kallis as his disciple had to wait a couple of years.

He still had to tackle the school and somehow convince the management. In reality, Furner was in deep trouble, he didn't have any real standing in Natal Dawn School. To the School, he was just a Guest Cultivator or a refugee if put harshly.

Till date he hasn't made any contribution to School, the only reason he's not kicked out was hasn't done anything against the interests of the school. And today's events were more than enough to kick him out.

In Dusty Zephyr Island, the Giant Android landed before their classroom; Fran came rushing to the scene. Generally, Moto-Rescuers would only be deployed when the students abandon their missions.

Though it was a rare happening, such instance will occur once a year or two with the ignorant students.

Fran was shocked seeing the brightest kids of his clas being brought to the Island by Moto-Rescuer. Still, he didn't have any exaggerated comments; at least until he learns what truly happened, he wouldn't judge his kids.

Fran was more worried about Kallis peculiar condition, he quickly called his wife to check Kallis.
