Reject Him!

Upon hearing that the principal wanted to meet him, Tian Feng was bewildered. Why would the principal want to see him?

When the man saw Tian Feng's troubled looks, he smiled and said. "Don't worry! It's not something terrible. Besides, you two will be going together."

After much hesitation, they were still going to meet the principal. It was not like he can reject it anyway. After walking for a while, they arrived at a pond.

An old man was seen sipping tea in a pavilion near the pond. The man who went to fetch them said his goodbye and took his leaves.

The duo glanced at each other then slowly walked to the pavilion. Without anyone telling, they already knew that the old man must be the principal.

Tian Feng was walking in front of Li'er, ready to shield her with his body should something unexpected happen.

The old man turned his head around to look at them and he said. "You've come!"

His voice contained a majestic aura to it. It made one can't help but wanted to obey his word. Tian Feng was exclaiming in his head. How strong!

To make the other felt such an urge to submit to him, just how strong was this old man?

Without them knowing, the duo noticed that they had already started walking toward the old man. Upon realizing this fact, horror struck the both of them. Tian Feng quickly recovered and said. "Disciple Tian Feng pays his respect!"

Li'er also did the same thing.

The old man laughed and said casually. "How have you been for the past year?" He didn't wait for an answer and continue. "I won't beat around the bushes. I would like to accept you two as my student. What do you say?"

Upon hearing this, both of them was elated. Who was the old man before them? He was the esteemed principal of the academy. To be accepted as his student was a dream of many disciples in the academy.

They were about to agree when Yuki's voice rang out. It sounds a little panic. "FengFeng! Don't agree! You must never agree! Don't take anyone as your master!"

Tian Feng who was about to agree quickly swallowed back his word and immediately informed Li'er through telepathy. There was absolutely no need to doubt the system at all.

Shortly after, he calmed down and said apologetically. "Esteemed Principal! It's such a great honour to be accepted as your student. However, I'll have to turn down this offer. Please excuse me!"

Badump! Badump! Tian Feng's heart was beating nervously. The man before him could kill him with a wave of his hand. If this rejection were to enrage him, both Li'er and he could very well die instantly.

The old man was surprised for a brief moment, he wasn't expecting this answer at all. No matter what, why would anyone refuse to be his student? He just can't understand, no matter how much he thought about it. The old man frowned, he couldn't help but ask. "Why?"

At this moment, Tian Feng was at lost as he didn't know how to answer. The whole reason why he rejected him was due to Yuki. But, he can't tell him about the system, can he? As he was stuttering to answer, he heard Yuki again. "Tell him that you already have a master. I could be considered your master."

"Truthfully, I already have a master and I've sworn to him that I won't acknowledge anyone else as my master."

The old man sighed deeply. He looked a bit helpless but quickly, his expression recovered back to the nonchalant's one. "Since it has come to this, I won't hide it from you anymore. I know that you have a god tier cultivation technique. I hope that you could share it with this old man. What do you say?"

As if afraid that the youth before him wouldn't understand the depth of the matter, he continued. "Did you noticed that your life in the past year has been smooth sailing? That's right! It was I, who protected you. With this god tier technique, our academy would soar unprecedently higher."

"This..." Tian Feng didn't expect that things would come to this. He also at loss of what to do.

"With your bit of strength, you won't be able to protect it or yourself. It was of consideration that you are one of our disciple that I have said this much." Seeing the hesitation in Tian Feng, the old man sneered coldly.

He's no longer the old man who exuded a warmth aura.

Only at this moment that Tian Feng has realized that he has been too careless. He had thought that this world is peaceful but from the look of it now, he was wrong all along.

As if waking up from a dream, Tian Feng was thinking at full speed to analyze the situation.

It doesn't seem like the old man was aware that Li'er was also cultivating the Celestial Immortal Art. She should be safe for the time being.

With my current strength, I can't win against him. Even escape is a difficult task to achieve especially with Li'er here. But, he has already rejected the other party's requests. From the look of it, the other party would kill him whether he gives him the technique or not.

Tian Feng was in a dilemma when a man was running toward the old man. He kneels down on one knee and said respectfully. "Pay respect to Principal! Lu Shui has come back! He was waiting outside."

"Call him in! His sister has been waiting for sometimes now." The old man said casually while glancing at Li'er.

Shortly after the man left, another man could be seen rushing in. He was undoubtedly Lu Shui, Lu Li'er brother. As he arrived in front of the principal, he clasped his fists and paid his respect. "Principal! I'm back."

After which he turned to Li'er.
