On a certain college

Classes are ongoing, a science professor discusses the lecture as usual.

*Ding*

"Wha--!!"

A young man listening to the lecture almost stood up upon hearing the sound and seeing a blue screen.

"Any problems?"

The professor looked at the young man upon him breaking the silence.

"Um-- no- none sir"

The young man answered instantly. The lecture continued but the young man didn't even bother to listen anymore.

"What the hell is this? Did I accidentally take drugs? I'm not drunk am I?"

He focused on the screen and closed his left eye, then his right eye next, the screen was still there.

"Looks like I've watched too many anime and read too much novels did I?"

Wan decided to do what most novel characters with game systems do.

*pop*

Wan touched the blue screen as the notification changed.

[System notice: As the user would be the first one to be transported, the user would be allowed to bring items that the system would approve of.]

"Holy---, good thing I have read this kind of things but how would I know if its' approved?"

Wan decided to touch the screen again.

*pop*

[System Notice: the user would be transported to a planet known as Earth 6874, please prepare]

"It didn't even answer my question"

Wan touched the screen again as he read much more details.

As he browsed more and more about the screen, the professor ended his topic and went for another class.

"Waaaaaaaaan!!!"

As he was still thinking about it, his friend from another seat on the other side of the class came as usual to chat with him.

"What's up Perry?, oh right! do you see anything unusual around you?"

"Unusual?"

Perry held his chin and knitted his brows while thinking of something.

" Oh, that Mr. Wu dismissed the class 5 mins earlier today. That's very unusual because he had never let us off till his last second before."

Perry said with a knowing look, thinking that Wan would be surprised.

"I knew it would be like this."

Wan, muttered silently but Perry still heard it.

"What like this, you say? You knew he would dismiss this early? What's the reason? Lovelife?? Oh my god?? That old jerk? What on the wor--"

"Stop it Perry. I mean you're my friend right?"

Wan cut off Perry and his soon to be non ending rant with a serious to the bone tone.

"So you really got some rat news huh. Yes I do, for the sake of friendship I wont forsake you if you give me the secret information"

Perry then gave Wan a reassuring smile.

"Its not like that. Some other news. Some other big news. I mean, you know I read novels right?"

Wan said sternly.

"O yeah, pretty much the whole squad knew about it. The hell man!!, everyone chases skirts in broad daylight while you have your damn phone watching movies or reading stuffs. So what about it?"

Perry answered smugly.

"I'm going to another world soon"

Wan said with a really low voice.

"F**k you man. Nice joke you have there"

Perry said while giving him a middle finger. But Wan didn't even reply and directly looked at him straight to his eyes. Dead serious.

"Wha- for real? Other world? Oh what the f**k. Did you get rejected or something? Don't die on me man I swear we can sol-"

Before perry could continue, wan grabbed his mouth loudly shook him to calm him down.

"Stop it already. Other world, I did not mean the underworld. The wuxia, xianxia kind thingy. World transfer. I've got some notice here telling me that I'll be gone with approximately 10 days given to me. I've already spent several mins talking to you. And now I need you to listen to me.

Even if you do not believe me. Please do me a favor."

Perry in utter disbelief still managed to give him a reply , nervously.

"What favor?"

"This,... Lend me some money."
