Chapter 7 : Huge!

Wan stumbled on his knees. The earth shook and rumbled.

"what the heck is happening!"

wan shouted out of his lungs then the earthquake stopped.

"it actually stopp--"

*SCREEEEECH!!!"

A huge eagle flew above the forest and seemingly about to do a diving posture.

**WIEEEENG!!!"

the eagle let out a chirp which almost ruptured wan's eardrums. Then the huge eagle started to dive down.

Wan just froze, his body unwilling to move.

"I could be the first person to die in my first day after being transferred in the other world."

as for the impending death, wan just steeled himself and accepted it. In any way, he couldn't even move, not knowing if it was because of fear or the pressure given by the eagle.

"ROAARR!!"

a roaring sound then came from his back. Actually, the eagle's target was the being several kilometers away from him. The eagle did not even notice his presence. Its also just a coincidence that the place where wan stood was where the eagle started its hunting dive.

"the sound came from the lake!"

Wan woke up from his feared state and immediately took notice that the earthquake didn't felt natural.

"the earthquake earlier came from the lake! Oh right! there should be also a creature there that the eagle is fighting! for what it might be, I don't need to know! I just needed to run!"

As Wan decided to scram for his life a system notification sounded out.

*Ding.. Congratulations from being the first person from earth 0054 to be summoned!*

"Earth 0054? that must be my earth's number according to who made the system. Well who made the system actually? well whatever I need to get my gifts first!"

Wan pressed the notification as it began to display a new message

*Pop

[Several gifts have been given to the user]

[User has been gifted by : Unlimited Inventory--]*

"OHH YES! it should be what I think it is right?

[User has been gifted by : mysterious box gold]

[User has been gifted by : Skill book(White)]

[User has been gifted by : 10 free sp]

[User has been gifted by : 50 free attribute stats]

Wan was cut off from his reading as a water pillar rose high up from the sky.

"What the heck is that!! anyway! how to open the inventory?! quick!!"

as wan muttered the word inventory, a game like interface appeared from the system notification as it displayed inventory.

"I need to store everything and run!"

[System Prompt: hold the items that you need to store.]

wan hurriedly touched the truck as another prompt appeared.

[Store?

yes : no]

Wan clicked yes as the whole truck and the crates disappeared right in front of him and appeared with just icons on the inventory tab.

"Wait! I need to run fast, I need to take out my bike only!"

[System Prompt : user has the sort option in the inventory. After being sorted, items could be brought out individually.]

Another water pillar shot up from behind.

"Sort everything! I just need to run! fast!"

Wan pressed the sort button on the interface and immediately looked for his bike. He just needed to press the take out button and Wan decisively drove his bike away.

After a few minutes of driving away from the fighting area, which he assumed was by the lake. Wan felt relieved that he could no longer hear, feel or see any signs of those giant monsters fighting.

"That was close, I may have these heavy weapons against those huge monsters but I don't really know how to use them yet. I don't even know how to reload the Rpg I brought. Luckily, the system gave me the unlimited inventory storage right away or I won't even know what to do with the truck."

he couldn't possibly move the truck along with all the weapons while scramming off because of fear.

After 30 minutes or so, he felt that he was now far enough for the eagle or what is it fighting to reach him.

"Now, my water supply is gone. If only the inventory was given back on earth,."

Wan sighed upon this thought.

"There's no way for that to happen though, life can't be that easy. I even almost thought that I would die earlier. I should be happy that I'm alive right now."

After brushing past with death, Wan thought of that things will never go on your own way.

specially if those things were something like an earthquake and a huge eagle diving right in from of your face.
