Monsters: these are creatures that have become more than what they were originally created as. A rabbit growing a horn; a horse blazing in fire; and a hamster with a snake as its tail.

A man, more powerful than the next. Incredibly so that the gap between them becomes immeasurable. Clay is such a man. Born in modern Earth, called to be a Hero, but rapidly grows to be a monster in the eyes of fellow men, and other creatures.

One day, when those that he held dear were hurt, monster or not, did not matter anymore. For they had awakened what truly is, The Real Monster.

The fear of countless men, gods, spirits, and demons, gathered of one single being.

"Blame me! Hate me! Fear me and tremble!"

With the inquisition participants clearly at a loss for words of rebuttal, they requested a recess to hold a private meeting. Romulus and Gracius gave them the chamber while I was led away by them towards our own private room. There, Gracius introduced me to the emperor of the only human empire in the entire human continent.

"Lord Clay, this is the emperor of Romana, the avatar of God, Romulus Luciferous. Your majesty, this is the hero summoned by that demon thigh-hugging traitor, Aron von Dyruth, Lord Clay."

"I'm surprised, your majesty, you told the emperor. He can be trusted?"
