TECHNIQUES VS. BRUTE FORCE

I'm skipping over a lot of unimportant details. Right now, I'm fighting the Ancient One of the Inquisition Tower. No one knows his name, but well, I'm also quite lazy to know his name. I'll keep his memories as the Ancient One. And well, right now, I'm struggling really hard against him. There is indeed a great difference between someone whose life is spent over thousands of years and learning new things and those who only rely on brute force.

I once was like that. Although I tried to learn more skills without the help of the system, I couldn't really master the skills properly. So, each time I needed to fight someone truly stronger that I am, I would punch them with raw power and energy. When I was in the Guardian Agency, I learned to harness the energy properly in many ways, and understood the importance of having technique as well. However, even with that, I couldn't reach anywhere above being mortal. I was strong for a mortal, but that was it.
