7:45 A.M.

"Hey Mae, you're sleeping already?" said a male voice. "We're almost there."

Mae opened her eyes to the voice of the man. She looked around confused.

"Oh no, not again.." she thought. She was in a car with the same man from her other dream. "I hope this isn't real."

"Mae, are you okay?" he said. "You slept while our song was playing."

"Where am I?" she asked. He reached for the car's radio buttons with his right arm and pressed on one of them. The music stopped playing.

"Wow, you are really scaring me," he said with a shocked look on his face. "We're heading to see the meteor shower, don't you remember?"

There was a rapid pounding coming from her chest and she began to breathe uncomfortably. Mae anxiously reached to her side and took off her seatbelt.

"Hey hey, what's wrong?" he asked.

"Please, stop the car!" she replied.

"Ok, alright. But you have to tell me what's wrong." He slowed the car down and stopped the car near the edge of the road.

Mae pushed open the door and got out quickly. She walked to the front of the car with her hand over her face and the other touching the car hood.

"Why am I having this dream again?" she asked herself.

The man got out of the car and walked to her. He put his hand on her shoulder.

"Are you car sick? I knew I should of drove slower…" he sighed. The man walked over to the left side of the car and leaned against the driver door. "Hey look! The meteor shower is happening!"

"What?" said Mae. She looked up at the sky and there were the showers again. The same sightings from her previous dream. Then, a small speck of light started to grow bigger. It was heading towards them. "Not this time, please!"

Mae grabbed the door handle and pulled on it. The door did not open. She kept tugging on the handle trying to open the door.

"Please, please, open!" she shouted as she repeatedly jerked the handle.

"Mae, you're missing out this beautiful scene!" said the man.

Mae looked up at the meteor which had grown into a giant ball of flames. She began to tug faster on the handle. The meteor was so big and close that it lit up her face like it was daylight.

Suddenly, the door made a click sound and it was unlocked. She pulled the door open but it was too late. She closed her eyes as the meteor exploded, bursting out an unimaginable bright light.

Mae's eyes shot open. She was panicking and her heart was beating faster than normal. It was dark. She looked around but she can barely keep her eyes open. She noticed a dark object in the distance, it was hard to see what it was since everything was blurry. She focused her eyes on the object, then it became more clear. It was a ceiling fan.

She moved her arms around trying to feel her environment. There were soft cloth-like materials around her.

"Am I in my bed?" she asked herself. She turned her head to the left and there it was, her alarm clock glowing in the lightly dimmed room.

"Why do I keep dreaming about that?" she asked. The time on the clock showed - 7:45 A.M.

"Mae!" said voice. It sounded like a woman and it was coming from the other side of the door. Her bedroom door opened and her mother came in.

Her mother stared at Mae like she had something on her face.

"Aren't you supposed to be getting ready for work? You usually leave around this time," said her mother.

"What's today?" she asked.

"It's Monday, and your alarm was ringing for twenty minutes. When it stopped I thought you had already woke up."

"This is some major Deja-Vu.." she said under her breath. Her mother backed out of the room, closing the door behind her. "I am sure today would be Tuesday."

Mae reached under her pillow to grab her phone. She moved her hand around, but all she felt was the bed sheets. Her phone was not there.

"I swear, I put it under my pillow last night." She kept searching on her bed for her phone. Then, she got up from her bed and went to look in her bag.

Mae reached into her bag, moving her hand around inside. She felt something hard and thin. Mae pulled the object out and it was what she had thought - her phone.

She turned on her phone and it opened up her messages. The most recent message was from her friend telling her goodnight.

"I guess my phone works this time," she said. She checked the time on her phone. "I almost forgot about work…," she sighed.

She went and picked out an outfit from her closet and went to the bathroom to get ready. As she was about to open the front door to leave the house, her mother called her name.

"Mae! Can you grab some milk from the store after work?" said her mother. Mae paused near the door and looked back at her mother. Her mother was grooming the cat with a comb. "There's toast on the table, grab it before you leave."

"Ok mom.." she said instinctively. She left the house without taking the toast and began walking to the train station.

"What is going on today?" she asked herself. "It just can't be all a coincidence." She continued to walk with her arms clutched on her stomach.

A buzz sound came from her bag. She pulled out her phone and it showed that she had a message from her friend.

"Morning Mae," said her friend.

"Hey, what's today?" she asked.

"I live far away remember, so it's Monday for me, but it should be Tuesday for you."

"Strange things have been happening this morning."

"What do you mean?"

"The same things that happened yesterday morning are happening again today. My mother came into my room and said the same exact thing as yesterday and told me that today was Monday."

"Maybe it's an age thing. Don't worry too much."

Mae was still not convinced so she opened her internet app to check the calendar. A message popped up on her screen.

"You are unable to connect to the internet. Retry?" it said.

"Are you kidding me!?" she shouted. Everybody around her started to stare. People from behind walked around her quickly. "Phone, you are so close to being replaced."

While she was walking she noticed a convenient store across the street.

"Maybe I should buy a sandwich so I don't have to eat the snacks at work," she thought. She waited at the street corner for the walk light to turn green. She checked the time on her phone - 7:54 A.M.

"I still have time to catch the train." Mae went into the store and came out with a sandwich wrapped in a paper bag. She hurried herself to the train station, taking small bites from her sandwich as she goes.

When she got there it was 8:20 A.M. Most people had already got on the train. There were still some people getting out. Mae hurried to the train door while holding her sandwich with her right hand.

Suddenly, someone pushed her from behind. She lost grip of the sandwich and it went flying forward towards the ground. The sandwich slammed on the ground, its contents slid out and littered the floor.

"Come on," said a woman. Mae turned around and froze in place, as she stared at the woman, who was walking away in a hurry. She had round glasses and short dark hair. Mae could not understand what is going on.

A long beep came from the station speakers. Mae forgot everything and ran to the door just in time as the doors slide closed.
