The Planned Business Trip [1]

After greeting both Lu Rushi and Lu Cheng, Zhuang Yixing went to his seat and sat down. After a few minutes of waiting Zhuang Yingyue already finished dressing up and went down to the dining room for her breakfast. She was running towards the dining room so Lu Rushi reminded her.

"Ying'er slow down and don't run. Your brother won't leave you." Lu Rushi reminded and then she laughs.

Yingyue did not reply and instead, she pouted at her. This made both husband and wife laugh. Yixing did not pay attention to his twin sister and just focused on taking his breakfast.

Yingyue did not take her seat quickly and started eating her breakfast that's why Yixing said something to her.

"Ying'er, if you don't start eating your breakfast this instant we will be late and I don't want to be late because of you." Yixing seriously said.

Zhuang Yingyue just pouted and then stuck her tongue, took her seat, and started eating her breakfast. Watching the twins interact with each other made both Lu Rushi and Lu Cheng smile. They both wish that morning like this will be forever but of course, both of them know that it was impossible to happen.

After the twins took their breakfast, Lu Cheng asked their driver to take them to school.

*Meanwhile at ALF*

Zhuang Yue just got inside her own office when someone suddenly knocked.

"Come in." Zhuang Yue instructed as she sat down to her office chair.

Right after she said to come in, the door opened and Lin Hao followed by a woman who is wearing a black suit came in.

"Miss Zhuang, President Luo asked me to look for a secretary and assistant for you." Lin Hao said and then he stepped to the side and introduced the woman with him. "This is Lin Xi your secretary at the same time assistant."

After Lin Hao introduced Lin Xi, she bowed and said "I'm Lin Xi, Miss Zhuang. Nice to meet you. Please rest assured that I will be doing my job properly."

Upon hearing what Lin Xi said, Zhuang Yue smiled. "You can be at ease in front of me, Lin Xi." Zhuang Yue said and Lin Xi just nodded at her and smiled.

"So you are also a Lin. Is there a chance that you are Lin Hao's sister?" Zhuang Yue asked while staring at both Lin Hao and Lin Xi.

"She is my younger sister, Miss Zhuang." Lin Hao replied instead of Lin Xi.

"I can see the resemblance." Zhuang Yue said and then she laughed. "You can go back to Luo Feng already, Lin Hao. Leave Lin Xi to me. I will be taking care of her." Zhuang Yue added.

"Thank you, Miss Zhuang." Lin Hao said and then he left the room. But before he leaves the room he whispered something to his younger sister. "Be good and do your job properly." He said and then he left the room and went to Luo Feng's office.

"So Lin Xi." Zhuang Yue started speaking as she stood up and started walking to the sofa near her table.

"I am still new here and not quite familiar with the company yet especially the people here." Zhuang Yue said as she sat down to the sofa.

"Please take a seat and let's talk." Zhuang Yue instructed Lin Xi while smiling. Lin Xi did as she was told and sat at the seat available in front of Zhuang Yue.

"Please take care of me in the future, Lin Xi. " Zhuang Yue said while smiling.

"You can count on me, Miss Zhuang." Lin Xi said and she also smiled at Zhuang Yue.

"Since you are already my assistant, I want you to stop calling me Miss Zhuang when it is just the two of us. It was too formal. I want you to be my friend here." Zhuang Yue said enthusiastically.

Upon hearing it Lin Xi giggles and asked: "What do you want me to call you then?"

"Hmm, you can call me Yue or Yue'er." Zhuang Yue replied while smiling.

"Okay. Nice to meet you and I'm glad to be your friend, Yue." Lin Xi said and then she offered her right hand to shake hands with Zhuang Yue. Zhuang Yue took it and shook hands with her.

"I'm also glad to be your friend." Zhuang Yue said. "Do you have my schedule for the day?" Zhuang Yue asked.

"Yes, I do have them. I have your schedule for the next 3 months. Big Broth...I mean Lin Hao gave it to me earlier." Lin Xi replied.

"I see. That's good. Can you please tell me my schedule for the whole week please?" Zhuang Yue asked. Lin Xi just smiled at her and then she reached her left pocket and got a mini black notebook. She opened it and checked each thing that was written in there.

"For this week you do not have much work, Yue. You will be having a meeting with each department starting tomorrow until the end of the week. For the weekends you do not have to work as you need to prepare for a business trip next week. And then...." Lin Xi was saying when Zhuang Yue interrupted her.

"Business Trip?" Zhuang Yue asked.

"Yes, it was an important business trip, Yue. As a representative of ALF, you have to go." Lin Xi said.

"Why was I not informed much earlier?" Zhuang Yue asked.

"It was supposed to be President Luo Feng who will be attending but it was suddenly canceled by him as he needs to go somewhere and he will be gone for a month." Lin Xi explained.
