"stop joking around he is our son and this is his first time going outside the city are you not afraid that something might happen to him" retorted MIa

"haiizz i have my men place at the city of Dahme if anything urgent happens they will aid him" replied Henry as he kissed Mia's neck

"Alright my name is Crown prince Frederick Barbarossa son of Henry Barbarossa and the grandson of the current Emperor Han Barbarossa i came here to develop this village into a city"

after hearing Frederick's attractive offers the crowd burst out chattering among themselves

looking at the villagers who were thrown into frenzy Frederick was quite pleased with himself

he then commanded the villager's that he would buy all those farmland from it's previous owners and have a small outpost for a thousand men to be stationed be built at the western hill surrounding the village where he planned to currently station 250 men and also a small mansion to be built at the outskirt of the village on the southern side

he sent messages to his men from Black dogs to send me to works for an opportunity which has currently been presented at Berlin village as such for the next few days artist carpenters blacksmith workers cooks ... people from all walks of life came to work here as this was a city which was going to be... they all wanted to get the rewards as promised by the royal highness

the foundation of the city were laid and a mining camp was formed outside the hill of the north mountain as per system advice where from Ruby were dig out which solved the financial problem for Frederick

waterways were connected from both the north and the east which solved yet another problem there were big underground chambers created in the name of sewers so as to form the new headquarter for Black dogs this headquarter will have the foundations required to put in equal terms with many powerful organisation which obviously not includes the Templar, Illuminati..

there was growing number of workers present now and as such security became one of the major problems to solve the issue there was a new militia squad formed which might not be as valiant as knights but they sure were capable in hunting rats among ordinary folks they wore leather armor and were poorly equipped for a proper fight but were more than enough against rats and they were called policia

it had been 6 months since Frederick came, now he had 4800 workers working everyday work had been in proper order there were all sorts of buildings currently under construction here news regarding this matter had already spread throughout Europe the various nobles even started purchasing lands and and also donated few gold coins to the crown prince coffers for work in Berlin city

In a blink of an eye about 75% of all nobles inside The Holy Roman Empire became Frederick's subordinates and as such the power and capabilities of the Black dogs organisation increased ten folds

inside a shady room there was a round table and surrounding it were chairs around the table and around those chairs were another group of chairs it all seemed like 3 concentric circles with the table as the center of the circle there were men sitting on those chairs each one wearing a black cloak as a uniform

a man stood up and said "we never had much control over the Holy Roman Empire but now a chance has provided itself to us"

hearing this another man asked "how so"

the man answered "the crown prince is undoubtedly very capable but because of such now his second brother has contacted us in secret"
