Trevon just returned from his lunch and continued his run. He had managed to break the forty-eight minutes for each run.
[Look at this Rabbink! I will break the thirty-minute barrier without your help. Hahaha.] Trevon felt proud of himself. He believed with enough practice he could break his target.
"You are better to practice a real battle than finding a way to improve your cheating's efficiency." Master Rabbink commented. [This boy really focused on cps, cheating per second. He would be a professional game cheater in my home planet.]
While Trevon started his next run, Charles arrived outside the gallery. He looked to a distance and bowed.
"Charles greets Grand Elder Vince." He greeted to the distance.
"No need for formality, Elder Charles." A silhouette appeared.
"It has been hard for Grand Elder to follow the kid around." Elder Charles said.
"No. He barely moved from this place lately." Grand Elder Vince said.
"Has Grand Elder seen the master?" Charles asked.
"I haven't, but your nephew often disappeared early in the morning and late in the night." Grand Elder Vince was confused with this.
He had received some special treasure to break the privacy formations in Trevon's room. However, the treasure could only check the general situation of life force inside the room. Those privacy formations were consisted of several different formations and would not be easy to break.
He had found some strange things. Similar to how Charles could find him, a Rank 3 warrior using his Rank 2 spiritual sense. He thought he should be able to find the mysterious master. The other strange part was the mysterious master didn't help Trevon during the explosion. This forced himself to help Trevon.
"I will directly ask him." Elder Charles said. "Our elder assembly meeting has made a hypothesis that the master is an immortal."
"Impossible." Although Grand Elder Vince had heard about the immortal, he didn't believe it. As a Rank 3 warrior, he knew some secret about immortal. Yet, immortal was a legend. Unlike Rank 4 warriors who could be found, even a Rank 3 warrior like him hadn't heard about a real immortal.
"That is the explanation of the light balls." Elder Charles said. "Such a knowledge transferring method is higher than our realm."
"Ok. That will also explain why I couldn't find the master." Grand Elder Vince said. "I have followed your Nephew since the assembly interrogated him, but I couldn't detect the master. If it is an immortal, he may have a way to avoid our detection."
Charles nodded to Grand Elder Vince's opinion. It was the same with him. He would need to check it with Trevon.
"Also, I don't think it is proper for me to speak this to you, but I find your nephew is very strange."
"Very strange?"
"Yes. I knew about his history. I could understand his love for watching beautiful ladies while drinking wine or tea. However, his expression is truly strange, he saw a very beautiful woman but he was afraid. However, he would show a lewd expression to other less beautiful women."
"Ok." Charles thought some people had their own preference.
"That is not all, Elder Charles. He loves to do strange things like pointing to fruits before returning it back again."
"I heard it was the request of the mysterious master." Charles said.
"Fine, the master may be a bit eccentric. However, he would be happy and angry after doing that. He also loves to bump into things on the street. The last thing I watched was that he bumped into a tree and made a huge fuss about it."
"..." Charles couldn't answer this. He got the report from the city patrol. That tree had also caused a few accidents in the past. A drunk person injured because he bumped into the tree last year. The patrol guard had also written, that the tree also hosted some birds that 'bombed' some passersby. They agreed on Trevon's action to cut the tree was correct to protect humanity.
"The worst thing happened was that he made problems with Grand Elder Orlan. I also found about missing foods around him. It might be the mysterious master taking some foods. However, he could feed a battalion if he took that many foods." Grand Elder Vince voiced his opinion. He had watched Trevon these past weeks.
"Thank you for your instruction, Grand Elder. I will talk to him." Elder Charles said. He was also confused. Jerry and Jack had asked him multiple times for a doctor to check their young master.
Grand Elder Vince then only nodded before he disappeared again. He personally wanted to meet this mysterious master. As a warrior, he would love to get even only one pointer from the master.
Charles entered the second floor. He saw a clean first floor while he could feel some movement vibrations from the second floor.
Trevon's bodyguards wanted to greet Charles, but he prevented them. Because of this, Trevon didn't know there was his uncle in the premise.
He continued to complete his run before he asked Jerry the time. "Jerry, what is..."
"Eh, Uncle Charles." Trevon was surprised. He didn't believe his uncle would find him while he was doing this table pointing thing. He was a bit embarrassed.
"Trevon greets Uncle Charles." He quickly showed his manner.
"Just continue your business! I only want to talk a bit with you later." Charles said.
"This is nothing important, Uncle. I could do it again tomorrow." Trevon couldn't continue to do the repetitions with his uncle watching. He knew from an outside point of view this was craziness. Even he thought this was crazy.
"There is something I want to talk with you." Charles said while looking at the kids. "Shall we go to a nearby teahouse?"
"Ok, Uncle." Trevon answered. "Berger, you lead the kids. I will go with my uncle. Jonathan will come to pay the daily wage if I don't return."
"Yes, Young Master." Berger gave a salutation to Trevon. It was a crude salutation like gang member used. He slammed his left chest with a clenched hand.
Trevon, Charles, and Trevon's bodyguards went to a teahouse slightly far from the gallery. It was hard to find a good teahouse around the region since it was a slum area.
"What are you doing Trevon?" Charles asked. He asked for a VIP room which was not available. So Charles just rented the entire third floor of the teahouse, while Jack and the rest guarded the stair in the second floor.
"Well. I am teaching the kid to move the dishes. Hahaha." Trevon didn't know how to explain it.
"That is not funny, Trevon." Charles said. "You should focus your time for cultivation."
"Yes, Uncle." Trevon answered. "But, it is ordered by that master."
[I would just shift all the blame to that unreal master. Master Rabbink, that is you! Hehehehe.] Trevon looked to Master Rabbink who enjoyed some chicken wings from God knew where.
"Why me?" Master Rabbink innocently said. "You should focus on doing more missions to make the story interesting. No reader would want to see the main character who leveled by pointing to a table and asking for that table."
"This is an order from the master?" Charles became more confused.
"Yes." Trevon was not lying. This was a mission from Master Rabbink. He only repeated it multiple times.
Trevon even believed he would be the number one young master in the novel in the number of tables taken. [All those young masters should learn from me. Rather than taking other people's table, especially from the dangerous hero, they should put their own people. Then, they could act arrogantly by asking the table before their friends or girls. That would be totally safe.]
Trevon had used the classic bad guy harassing the fair lady to woo some girls. Of course, those bad guys were hired guards from his family. However, most ladies would scream louder after she saw Trevon. Some even hid behind the supposed 'bad guys'.
"Hm... What is the goal of this instruction?" Charles asked Trevon. He knew his nephew was lazy, but not stupid. If he was stupid he would not easily become a leading figure in the young master's community in Bluestar.
"This is... I don't know." Trevon said.
"Did he not say anything to you?" Charles pressed Trevon. He saw him lying.
"Erm... He said that it will make me strong." Trevon said. This time it wasn't a lie. He also might need to explain for his cultivation later.
"It will make you strong?" Charles didn't believe the reason. However, he couldn't find Trevon's sign of lying. [If people could get stronger by pointing to a table, this is the most absurd thing.] He thought.
"Yes." Trevon could not say anything else. If he was his uncle's shoes, he also wouldn't believe it.
"Ok. Uncle could only believe you. If there is danger in it, you should try to protect yourself." Charles said. He wanted to remind Trevon, but he couldn't say directly in case the master heard his conversation with Trevon.
"Ok, Uncle." Trevon nodded. In his heart, he screamed. [Help me, Uncle! This Rabbink put me in troubles every day.]
"That is not my fault!" Master Rabbink felt he was innocent. He was just a guide. "Look! Those troubles are the things to balance your karma. You will be the hero, the God that everyone dreams to be." Master Rabbink promoted its God apprentice program. It was the bestselling program with a high amount of competition to obtain the artifact.
"What do you think of the mysterious master to come here?" Charles asked.
"Well, I don't know. To bully me?" Trevon said. That was his inner feeling.
"I am opening your eyes, showing you the path, and teaching you the arts." Master Rabbink said. It had said about its goals in their first meeting.
"I am asking your opinion." Charles said. He tried to pry more information from Trevon. It would decide their family stance in the future.
"I think he wants to look for delicious foods." Trevon said. This was the characteristic of Master Rabbink.
"What foods?" Master Rabbink wanted to complain, but it realized it was an interesting perk to come to a new world. "That is not entirely wrong. Slurp..."
It disappeared for a second and brought a batch of hot chicken wings again.
"Hmm...?" Charles was surprised with Trevon answer. He had heard about missing foods around Trevon from Grand Elder Vince and the report in the family dining hall. "Other than foods, is he looking so something else?"
"Something else?" Trevon looked into Master Rabbink.
"I am looking for a kowtow from you." Master Rabbink said.
"He said he looking for money." Trevon just made it on the place. This Rabbink kept pushing him to increase his Core level. So, it wasn't a lie.
"What? This Rabbink doesn't need money. One kowtow is enough. I can't go lower than that."
"He is looking for money?" Charles was confused. [An immortal looking for money? If he needs money, the family could pay him lots for a word of protection.] This destroyed his assumption of an immortal.
Charles was confused. However, he saw Trevon kept looking in a strange direction. [The master must be in that direction, but I couldn't sense him.]
"Is he an immortal?" Charles decided to ask Trevon directly. If it was something that couldn't be said then the master would prevent Trevon from saying this.
"Immortal?" Trevon didn't believe his uncle had found out about Master Rabbink. He showed an afraid expression.
Charles felt his question was spot on. Even when Trevon couldn't answer it, he could read Trevon expression. He was too young compared to an old fox like him.
"I am far higher than a mere immortal. I am a Celestial God Rabbink." Master Rabbink didn't want to be considered as an immortal. It felt insulted being called an immortal.
"I think he said that he isn't just an immortal. He is far higher than that." Trevon just followed Master Rabbink's words.
"Yes. I am the mightiest Rabbink in the entire universes. Gwahahaha." Master Rabbink felt proud.
[A higher realm than immortal?] Charles was even more surprised. He had readied himself for an immortal coming to this word, but a realm above immortal was something that he didn't prepare. [Even their forefather book didn't mention a realm higher. Is there any realm higher?] He thought to himself.
"What is that realm?" Charles didn't know.
"Perhaps it was Divine?" Trevon had read the Divine words multiple times in Master Rabbink Lv 300 mission. [Divine Dragon this, Divine Phoenix that, I believed Master Rabbink even prepared for a mission to kill Divine Mouse, Divine Mosquito, or Divine Rabbink.]
"No... Even your God could not kill a Divine Rabbink. However, Divine creatures are still far lower than this mighty Rabbink." Master Rabbink felt disappointed. "I eat a Divine Dragon for a snack."
Trevon wouldn't share the last claim of Master Rabbink. [That is impossible.]
"Oh, you don't believe?" Master Rabbink took a big claw from God knew where. "This is a Divine Dragon Claw Rendang." He quickly took the big claw and chewed it. "I won't share it with you. Gwahahaha."
"Gwah..." Trevon was shocked.
He could feel the pressuring aura of Divine Dragon even if it was only a rendang version. He could not move and directly flattened into the ground.
Not only Trevon, all people in Redwood felt it. Normal people even lost consciousness. There were multiple reports of carriage and wagon accidents that day.
Some demon beasts also lost consciousness, the rest had big trauma. It opened a new job as a demon beast trauma therapist in Redwood from that day.
"What is that?" Charles was surprised. He was also one of the people who fall because of the pressure.
[Is this the mysterious master?] Charles thought. Even Grand Elder Vince needed to make an appearance.
"What is that?" Grand Elder Vince also asked. The pressure was heavy. He could feel an ancient beast bared its fang to him. Never in his life, he felt so fearful as this time.
"He took out a food." Trevon was so shocked. He blurted it out. The young master had never imagined he would feel so much pressure just from a food.
"Eh?" Charles was surprised. He and Grand Elder Vince looked into the area where Trevon looked. They couldn't sense anything.
"Charles (Vince) greets Supreme Master." Charles and Grand Elder Vince quickly bowed. Trevon couldn't imagine what would their expression if they know they bowed to a Rabbink.
"..."
[You won't say anything to them?] Trevon wondered. There had been so much silence between.
"What do you think this Rabbink is?" Master Rabbink said its displeasure. "I am a Celestial God Rabbink, even most Divine being could not meet me easily." It had a certain standard to hold.
"Well, the master didn't want to meet other people." Trevon saved his uncle and grand elder from awkwardness. "He is a bit unique." Trevon whispered.
"Ah! We are sorry to disturb, Supreme Master." Charles quickly said. Grand Master Vince also said a similar thing.
"Tell them to make Trevon kowtow to this Rabbink or I will eat another rendang." Master Rabbink acted mighty. He took another bucket of chicken wing this time.
Trevon would never convey Master Rabbink's message. He would be forced to kowtow by his family.
"He said it was fine. He wants to eat again." Trevon said. It was not a lie.
[Please don't!] Charles and Vince looked into each other. Charles knew he would have many problems after he came to his office.
"Hey! I didn't say that." Master Rabbink complained. "Do you want me to take another Divine Dragon rendang?"
Trevon didn't know what a rendang was. However, it seemed to be a powerful attacking food similar to Blazing Talisman or Paralyzing Talisman. It was a piece of rendang and he almost lost his consciousness. [Please don't! You will kill innocent people.]
"Ah! My bad." Master Rabbink just realized its mistake. "This is why I couldn't eat divine foods. You should quickly move realm." Master Rabbink complained. It couldn't eat delicious foods while Trevon stayed in this realm.
"Oh!" Charles decided to cut his talk with Trevon. [It seems that the master stayed around Trevon. I need to be careful with my questions.] He thought.
"Grand Elder, lets us return to the family. There is something that I need your help." Charles made some excuses. He needed to plan and also solved the problem.
"I will gladly assist you, Elder Charles." Grand Elder Vince took the chance to excuse himself.
"Then Trevon we will take our leave." Charles said. "Please send our regard to the master!"
Grand Elder Vince and Charles bowed to the Master Rabbink direction again and quickly left Trevon. Trevon decided to return to his gallery turned restaurant.
Trevon tried to ask an attendant to settle the bill, but the attendant and other teahouse employees were unconscious. He decided to leave some money on the table.
He returned to his gallery restaurant, but find all kids were unconscious. [Gah! I couldn't do my repeat this way.]
"All of you, check their condition!" Trevon didn't realize Master Rabbink's food would create this big chaos.
[Look at what you have done!] Trevon complained.
"It is not my fault." Master Rabbink defended itself. "It is only non-cultivators are too weak. They couldn't handle the power of my rendang." Master Rabbink said.
[Do you sell a Divine Dragon Claw rendang in your shop?] Trevon asked. He had a plan.
"You couldn't eat it. The energy inside will bust you out." Master Rabbink couldn't sell a dangerous product in the best store in the universe. It didn't want its already small profit being used to pay for customer's litigation.
[I won't eat it.] Trevon said.
"Then, why do you want to buy it?" Master Rabbink asked. "Ah! I know you want to use the rendang to make girls unconscious so you could take your liberty with them. I can't sell this."
[Who is that low?] Trevon complained. [Eh, I could use the rendang that way. D*mn! This Rabbink could read my mind.] He got an idea in his mind, but quickly removed it from his mind.
[I only want to use it for bait for demon beast.] Trevon believed he could make it into a bait for common demon beast. Even Nana lost her consciousness in front of this rendang. This would ensure his safety during the beast wave.
"Bait?"
[Yes, I could capture many demon beasts.] Trevon thought.
"They would get evolved into Rank 4 demon beast if they didn't die. You wouldn't be able to capture them." Master Rabbink said. "Do you forget demon beast get stronger by eating other demon beasts?"
[Then, I want to buy it for Nana.] Trevon said.
"Well, she could turn into a Demon overnight if she ate just a bit." Master Rabbink could not deny it.
"But this Rendang is expensive!" Master Rabbink said. "You also need to defeat a dragon for me." Master Rabbink gave the unreasonable request.
[Why every mission from you was to kill the impossible?] Trevon complained.
"It needs to be balanced." Master Rabbink said. "If you could just take the most powerful weapon in the universe, you could turn into a God overnight. There would be no trial and test for you and that would only create a weak God."
Master Rabbink teleported before Trevon before continuing. "Being a God is a heavy responsibility." Master Rabbink gave some pressure to Trevon. [This should create a dramatic effect, right? Gwahahaha.]
Trevon flattened again to the floor.
"What's wrong with the young master?" Jerry was looking at Trevon.
"He suddenly falls, perhaps the effect from that aura before." Jonathan answered.
Trevon felt the heavy pressure. He asked. [Could I file a request for quitting? I want to file a lawsuit for forcing me to be an apprentice God.] He wasn't the type to shoulder a heavy responsibility.
"You could just enter the innermost part of Redwood Forest. You could quit after that. Perhaps you could just wait for the beast wave. It might be the time for a new apprentice." Master Rabbink said. It released its pressure.
[I don't want this God thing. I am only a happy young man.] Trevon complained.
"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAhhhhh..." Trevon screamed.
Trevon wanted to voice his stress after meeting this Rabbink. Every day was full of stress and troubles. He was a happy young master before this who could play here and there. As a young master, he didn't lack anything except a girlfriend. However, he currently faced a challenge every day. The pressure of Demon Beast Wave was there in his mind and heart.
"What is wrong with Young Master?" Kevin asked.
"He might feel the aftershock of that pressure." Lance answered.
"Should we help him?" Jonathan planned to help Trevon.
"Let's wait for a bit! We should check the spiritual energy around here." Jack said. He worried from a long-distance attack, but they didn't sense anything.
[I want to quit.] Trevon cried in his heart.
