Master Rabbink felt happy that it could issue its mission. It had been ages since the Rabbink could order Trevon around. Gwahahaha.
Trevon saw some panels appeared in his mind.
[Special Master Rabbink Mission Unlocked.]
[Lv 25 Master Rabbink Mission: Find a Red Iron Ore in the Goldcave Mine.]
[Mission Reward: Master Rabbink will add Energy Absorbing Poison Antidote on the Universe Store.]
[Mission Description: Master Rabbink had heard about this famous rare Red Iron Ore. This Rabbink had never tasted it. Dig one for the Rabbink! You must dig it yourself. Gwahahaha.]
Trevon didn't need time to think. [It is just digging, right? This is easy. Hahaha.]
[Special Mission accepted.]
"Gwahahaha." Master Rabbink laughed.
"Why are you laughing?" Trevon didn't like the Rabbink's laugh.
"No... Nothing. This Rabbink is only interested to taste the iron. Why don't you check the poison in the store? That is the powerful treasure that you can use in the short-term." The Rabbink change the conversation. [Gwahahaha.]
"You are right!" Trevon went to check the poison in the store. He used his 'I Am A Customer' skill again.
This time he went to check the item directly. He walked toward the cold store because of the strange artifact called 'AC'. The young master walked through several aisles and arrived at an empty aisle with only one item inside it.
[Energy Absorbing Poison]
[Description: The deadly poison which could absorb a spiritual energy until the victim dies. This poison was created by the genius Sage level Poison Maker, Rient 30 Years Ago in Goldcave, Heavenly Phoenix. This masterpiece poison is a God Rank Treasure. Orient, who didn't want his creation to spread and be used at the wrong hand ended his life to seal this poison forever.]
[Buying Price: 501.256.210.000 Energy]
[Selling Price: 601.507.452.000 Energy]
[GAAAH!] Trevon saw another powerful item that he couldn't purchase. [This is even more expensive than Immortal Fallen Body Potion.]
"Of course, this poison is even harder to make. The price is fair for a God level treasure. It is very powerful. It can absorb a person, demon beast, or demon spiritual energy to the death. Luckily, this dangerous item has only one-time usage else, this planet would be destroyed in your hand." The Rabbink's voice was heard.
"Wait! How many times I could use this?" Trevon didn't like to hear the last sentences.
"Once. The vial is only a drop."
"Whoaaa? This is super expensive!" While the Immortal Fallen Body Potion could be used around one thousand times, this poison could only be used one time.
"Listen! This thing could kill a Peak Rank 3 warrior as long as you give it enough time. It is very cheap. Gwahahaha." The Rabbink laugh turned a bit darker. "Only a Rank 4 warrior with the supreme control of cellular activity could remove this. However, they will also lose a huge percentage of their spiritual energy reverses. This is deadly. Gwahahaha."
"..." Trevon felt his short hair on his body all raised because of the Rabbink's laugh. He was a bit afraid of this poison. Something that could kill a Rank 3 warrior and weaken a legendary Rank 4 warrior.
"Gulp." He swallowed the air with his mouth while looking at the vial in the store. The power was before his eyes. Six hundred million spirit stones and even a kid could kill a Peak Rank 3 warrior. Many families would purchase that.
[This is frightening. I can't sell this to anyone.] Trevon didn't dare to imagine what would happen if people knew he had this dangerous item. [The Debt Collector's treasures must be why cultivation families were eager to help Ironlaw family.] He knew those old foxes wouldn't do things without benefits.
"Enough of the chit-chat. You have a mission from this Rabbink." Master Rabbink awoke Trevon.
"Yeah!" Trevon tried to forget the crazy power before him. He needed to get the potion soon for the safety of people around him. Based on the plan, their group would leave the city two days later. [I hope the Ironlaw incident wouldn't delay me to the capital.]
Trevon returned to his real world.
"Ring… Ring… Ring…"
He rang the bell to call the attendant.
"Yes, Young Master!" A young man in a plain blue servant robe entered the room.
"How much all these?" Trevon pointed to a tall stack of snack plates.
"Erm..." The attendant felt a bit speechless. This young master was only alone, but he had ordered a portion enough for a hundred people. "Four gold coins and twenty silver coins, Sir."
Trevon took five gold coins from his pouch. "This is an extra for your tips."
"Thank you, Young Master!" The attendant bowed. He quickly took those coins to a tray while showing his biggest smile to Trevon.
Most Trevon consumption was for the wine. While foods were cheap, winehouse best wines were expensive. However, for the rich young master, that was not a problem.
He went outside his room into his bodyguard room. "Aya, Marcus, we will visit the famous Goldcave mine today."
"Yes, Young Master." Both looked at each other. A tinge of confusion was on their faces.
Trevon arrived at the second floor. When someone called him.
"Brother Trevon!" A calm and gentle voice called him. Trevon looked toward the voice's direction.
Trevon saw Ainsley was sitting with several people. The beautiful young man was enjoying the wine with those people. Other than him, the rest of the people all wore the same robes.
"Good Evening, Brother Ainsley." Trevon greeted the handsome young man back. He didn't forget to scout Ainsley.
[Name: Ainsley Alesanto]
[Age: 28 Years]
[Potential: 25/46]
[Affiliation: Holy Seaside Waterfall Sect, Alesanto Family]
[He just leveled up?] Trevon could see Ainsley progress. He was as strong as Trevon.
"Let me introduce you to my sect brothers!" Ainsley continued to introduce his friends.
Trevon greeted those young people who came from Holy Seaside Waterfall Sect. All offered Trevon to drink.
"Thank you for your offer, Good Brothers. But, I have to go to the Goldcave Mine to find some ores."
"Finding some ores?" Ainsley wondered. He put his left hand into his sharp masculine chin while frowned.
"Yes. Have you heard about Red Iron Ore?"
"I have. However, the mine is a bit confusing. You will need a local guide to arrive at the place." Ainsley said.
"Really?" Trevon realized the Rabbink wanted to trap him. [I might be lost in the mine.] He gazed sharply at the Rabbink.
"What? This mission worth the antidote of a God level poison. It is fair." Master Rabbink said.
"Yes. How about this? I will help you to go to that place. It isn't hard for a native like me. I played in the mine when I was young."
"Thank you. I must trouble, Brother Ainsley." Trevon wouldn't reject a guide to make things faster for him.
"No. It isn't a problem if it is for you, Brother Trevon." Ainsley said. He took some time to talk with his sect brothers and left the place.
Trevon, Ainsley, Marcus, and Aya went to the mine together.
"Where is Lorient, Brother Ainsley?"
"Pst!!!" Ainsley turned pale. He looked around to make sure nobody heard Trevon. "She stayed in my sect's place. You know about my status in this city. I would ask Brother Trevon not to tell anyone about that!"
"Ah, sorry! I know, Brother. Hwehwehwe." Trevon laughed with a brotherhood smile.
"Hwehwehwe." Even Ainsley had to reply with a brotherhood smile back. "Actually, it isn't a big deal, but a cultivation family had to keep some face."
"Yes, you are right."
Trevon continued to talk with Ainsley. Their biggest news was about the attack on Ironlaw family.
"I was still in my family's village when it happened." Ainsley said. "What actually happened yesterday?"
"Ah! This is very traumatic. Yesterday, all Ironlaw buildings faced some attacks. Brother Ainsley won't believe it. I was with the beautiful twins of Melody Cave."
"Beautiful twins of Melody Cave?"
"Yes. They are the hottest girls in the city."
"I have never been to that place. It was a private establishment." Ainsley sighed.
"The place is great. I was enjoying my wine and making some paintings with the girls. When suddenly someone screamed." Trevon continued to tell his story. The young master added bigger and bigger things about himself.
"Whoa!!! Brother Trevon is truly the hero of our generation. You traded several blows with the powerful attackers."
"Yeah! My family mission creed is safety first. However, as a warrior, we have to contribute to the city's safety." Trevon already took his fan when he bragged about his heroic battle.
"I heard the last battle was in the Ironlaw Castle."
"That is even scarier, Brother Ainsley. I almost lost my life there." Trevon remembered the painful event when he got the poison. "I was helping my family with the formation…"
Trevon bragged about his formation expertise. The young master didn't forget to brag about how he chased the attacker and survived the poison. Of course, he made most parts and didn't tell about Universe Store and Auto helped him.
"So, I managed to survive the chaos with a thin line." Trevon felt proud.
"Yes. You are very lucky, Brother Trevon." Ainsley nodded while commenting Trevon's heroic adventure. "You are the savior of this city."
"Hahaha. I am only a younger generation. Nothing worth mentioning." Trevon said while smiling.
"Not only brave, but Brother Trevon is a humble young hero. I am lucky to know you, Brother Trevon."
"Hahaha." Trevon fanned himself even faster.
They walked towards the old mine while Ainsley was telling Trevon about some places that they passed. Ainsley knew lesser thing than Rado, but he could tell more about clinic and herbs stores. Trevon knew the young master was knowledgeable about herb stores in the city.
"You seem to know more about herbs."
"Yes. I also practiced alchemy."
"Is it because your…" Trevon realized he spoke the taboo subject.
"No. My wife didn't influence me. It is my teenage sweetheart. She is a genius doctor. I hope I can make the medicine that she would use. I started my alchemy path under her tutelage." Ainsley smiled.
[That must be his wonderful memory.] Trevon only nodded. He changed the topic again while they walked closer to the mine.
The mine was actually at the bottom of the huge mine pit. Trevon was forced to return to the place that he wanted to avoid the most, the Ironlaw family castle. He saw many city guards came and patrolled the surrounding.
"Our Bandeira family stayed in next to Ironlaw family." Ainsley stopped and pointed to a huge castle.
Trevon saw a castle similar in style with Ironlaw Castle. It was made from similar black iron with several sharp towers and multiple skywalks. Those skywalks connected one hall in a tower with another hall in another tower. Yet, this castle was smaller compared to Ironlaw Castle.
"The old dwarf castles are favorites for local families. While the Bandeira family isn't one of the strongest family in the city. It was one of the oldest family. We were a close ally of Ironlaw family. With Ironlaw family declines, the city would face so many troubles." Ainsley turned his direction to the very huge castle in the middle of the mine hole.
"I understand your concern, Brother Ainsley."
"I hope this wouldn't affect the agreement with Demon Beast King."
"Yes." Trevon nodded.
Ainsley led Trevon into a small cavern with several guards protecting the entrance.
"This is the only active mining area. However, not many people actually mine in this place. This had become a tourist destination and the place for young generations to have an adventure. Let me talk with the guards." Ainsley went into the guard.
While he talked, Trevon looked around. The mine had fewer people. Almost nobody would come near Ironlaw property today. He saw the actual mine was blocked by a few city guards.
"What?! We can't enter?" Ainsley's voice was different from his usual calm voice.
"I am sorry, Young Master. We haven't checked the place for the possible attacker's hideout. The place is dangerous for tourist." A guard in an armored robe said.
Trevon took his fan out. He was the one who needed to visit the place.
"What is it?" He asked the guard.
"I am sorry, Young Master. Today the mine is closed for tourists."
"Don't you know who am I?" Trevon used every young master favorite technique. "I am from McArthur family. I even chased the attacker yesterday." He showed his McArthur family insignia.
"I…"
"I plan to check this cave. Do you dare to hold responsible if I am late because of you?" Trevon gazed at the guards. "Remember! It isn't me who will ask for your responsibility, but McArthur family."
The guard felt a heavy pressure from Trevon's gaze and his family name. His hands started to wet from sweats. He looked around asking his friends to help. However, even the captain pretended not to see him.
"I… I…"
"I know you want to protect the city. Let me enter to check! If there is nothing I will quickly return."
The guard was looking for his captain, but the captain pretended that he saw nothing.
"Yes. Yes, Young Master." The guard hurriedly gestured Trevon to enter.
"Here are some coins for you to have some tea or wine. This is cold." Trevon put a pouch of copper coin.
"Thank you! Thank you, Young Master!" The captain suddenly appeared before Trevon. He took the pouch and looked to the guard. "You! Remember Noble Young Master's face carefully! What would happen if they are delayed because of you?"
"Yes, Captain!" The guard bitterly made a salute gesture.
"Please follow me! I will open the way." The captain personally took Trevon to the gate. His face was filled with a big smile. "Young Masters, just a bit information. Some people reported some demon beast's appearances here lately. However, they should not be strong."
"Erm... How strong they are?" Trevon wanted to make sure. In case the Rabbink messed with him again.
"They are Primary Rank 1 demon beasts. However, they appeared very deep in the mine."
"Then, it is no worry." Trevon was confident against the demon beast.
"Aya and Marcus, both of you should wait in the teahouse over there." Trevon knew he would need to protect them if he brought them in. He also believed the mine didn't suit, Aya.
"But, what about your safety, Young Master?" Marcus tried to reject.
"I don't like 'but'. I and Brother Ainsley are powerful warriors who could protect ourselves. You should take care of Aya." Trevon said. Unlike the rest, Marcus and Aya were both worked directly with Trevon. They couldn't reject him.
"Yes, Young Master."
Of course, Trevon wouldn't enter without a preparation. He made a portal outside the mine.
Trevon and Ainsley entered the mine. They passed a narrow path that could only be passed by one person.
Ainsley walked in front while Trevon followed him. He touched the rough wall of the mine. The wall consisted of hard rocks, which made Trevon felt more secure. Other than the hard rock, he saw some shining moss on the wall, making the cave had enough illumination. People or perhaps the dwarf had raised the glowing moss on the wall. Trevon didn't forget to steal a bit and threw it into his universe.
[A new species of Moss detected.]
[Goldcave Eternal Star Shining Moss is added to Summon Plant.]
Trevon was confident to go alone with Ainsley since he was as powerful as Ainsley. The young master also discounted that the Peak Rank 1, Ainsley was a debt collector. He had traded blows or chased several debt collectors. All were weak and below Peak Rank 1.
He only knew he had faced two debt collectors with many decoys, the child of God and the fallen body controllers. Both wanted to destroy certain cultivation families. They also had hatred toward his family.
[Is he a child of God?] Trevon thought while looking at the back of Ainsley. [I should dig his story. Usually, their story is fun. Hehehe.]
While curiosity might kill the cat, Trevon wasn't afraid if Ainsley actually the debt collector. He had Nana to protect him. The mouse was happily looking around for the adventure.
"Brother Ainsley, could you tell me about the power in the city?" Trevon pretended. He knew how to dig for some gossips. As a trendiest young master in Bluestar, he was privy to many newest gossip and rumor. While most were about beautiful young ladies, he also loved to know the latest gossips.
"The most powerful family in the city should be Ironlaw family. However, I don't know now." Ainsley pinched his chin softly. He thought about his words.
"Other than them, Coppernight, Silverarmy, and Goldroad are powerful. However, with your background, the Goldroad family would not antagonize you. Only Silverarmy and Coppernight would dare to make problem with Brother Trevon."
"Yes." Trevon pretended that he hadn't known. "What about Brother Ainsley's family compared to those families?"
"My family?" Ainsley's eyes turned somber.
"Is there a problem with your family?" Trevon pretended based on the lesson.
"No. Hahaha. I have been in the sect for long so my family is also a question. Am I an Alesanto or a Bandeira?"
"Why should you question that?" Trevon blinked his eyes to show his innocent side. He didn't want to look like an interrogator.
"Well..." Ainsley sighed. "I am not connected to the Bandeira family. While I don't feel connected to Alesanto family too. I am also only a branch family member. However, I loved martial arts. Becoming a warrior is my dream."
"Yes, everyone wants to become a warrior."
"My branch family couldn't afford the resource so I joined Alesanto main family after I won a family competition."
"Wah! I have never known you are a family competition winner. Brother Ainsley must be your family a main chosen." Trevon praised Ainsley while digging more information.
"No. You are wrong, Brother Trevon. Other than me, there was another talented young hero in my family. His name is Seathan. He is slightly older than me. Brother Seathan is the true genius of my family."
"Do you close with each other?" Trevon asked. He was wondered with the rumor he got from the twins.
"You can say that. When we are young we usually trained together. Seathan even didn't join the tournament since he didn't want to fight with me." Ainsley reminisced at an old memory.
"He must be a good person."
"A really good person. He helped me to protect an important person for me. It cost him a lot." Ainsley stopped talking since they arrived in a chamber. It wasn't big only five-meter-tall with ten-meter-wide, but it was different from the alley that they had just passed.
"We have to take the left alley on the junction." Ainsley pointed to the two alleys before them. "The right road had some dangers on it."
"Ah! It is fortunate I go with Brother Ainsley. If I go alone, I would be confused. Hahaha." Trevon felt it was correct to bring a local.
They walked toward the left alleys. Its ceiling was slightly low. Trevon had to bow a bit to enter it.
"Do you still have a contact with him?"
"Contact? I usually meet with him when I return to my family village. He is the current family leader. My Alesanto family had some problems, so he, the young generation had to shoulder the burden. He is a strong man."
Trevon could see some pride when Ainsley said about this person.
"One of the reasons why I agreed to marry into Bandeira family is because of him. Some elders wanted to use me to challenge his position. I don't want." Ainsley led Trevon towards another left alley.
"You are a good brother." Trevon said.
"I only liked him from the main family." Ainsley said. "The elders are a bit annoying, Brother Trevon."
Both walked a bit before they found another path. "This time we have to go to the right." Ainsley led Trevon.
They walked a bit until they arrived at a huge chamber. It was very tall around twenty meters, Trevon even saw some mining steps in it.
"This is a big mining point. However, it is only a tourist spot now." Ainsley showed Trevon the place like a tour guide.
Trevon saw the place had four entrances or exits. One was the alley that he went through and another one was next to it. He also saw another alley in the other direction from where he came. Another alley was on the right side from where he came.
"We should go to that path." Ainsley pointed Trevon to the right alley. "This alley is a bit low. You need to duck."
The low alley wasn't long and Trevon arrived at a slightly bigger alley. It was a junction. One went to his left and one to his right.
"We should go to the left. The right path often has some demon beasts. I intentionally avoid it." Ainsley led the way. Another junction was in front of them.
"Thank you, Brother Ainsley. I don't know the safe path without your guidance."
"It is not a big problem. We should take the right path now." Ainsley led Trevon towards a junction. He took the right path. "This will be slightly longer. We will arrive at another junction. The left path led to a mine. Perhaps you can find your iron there."
While Trevon and Ainsley walked. Master Rabbink floated following them.
