naruto slowly opens his eyes, the last thing he could remember was his battle with Takafumi, remembering his enemy blowing himself, a shiver ran through his spine, he was angry with himself that he made such big mistake, he should have finished Takafumi sooner, thinking all this a sigh escaped from his mouth.

naruto pushed himself up and sat down on his butt, after taking some deep breaths he look around only to find himself in front of Kurama's cage, he looked toward the cage and saw Kurama looking back at him with a worried expression, seeing this a confused look appeared on his face and just as he was about to ask what was the matter he was interrupted by a sudden surge of pain in his body, feeling the pain he fall down and a grown came from his mouth.

naruto: 'ARGHH'

hearing naruto's grown, Kurama came out from his trance, he was shocked that naruto was able to beat a low-level jounin rank mercenarie, he look toward naruto and seeing his condition a deep frown appear on his face and he said.

kurama: naruto!

hearing Kurama naruto turned his head and look toward him.

kurama: naruto, right now your physical body is severely injured and is on the brink of death.

hearing Kurama a frown appear on Naruto's face, he knew that what Kurama was saying was true, he could feel that the condition of his body was very bad.

after a couple of moments naruto forcefully calmed himself down, he looks toward Kurama who was behind the bars and was looking at him with a worried expression on his face, seeing this naruto's eyes twitched, he still remember their last conversation and he knew that Kurama's hate was absorbed by the piece of zanpakuto but he was still reluctant to unseal Kurama.

because after the soul fusion he saw naruto's complete memory which includes the time when his parents were killed by Kurama, whenever he sees Kurama he remembered his mother's tearful face and his father's helpless expression, on one side he was angry but on the other side he knew that it was not Kurama's fault because he was being controlled by Obito. but they were still killed by Kurama's hands and he just could not make himself to forgive Kurama so easily.

soon he reached the bars and look at the seal which was out of his reach, seeing that naruto was not able to reach the seal Kurama sent a mass of his red chakra which covered naruto's feet and lifts him up to the seal level.

naruto saw Kurama's chakra surrounding him and lifting him up to the seal level, seeing this he did not panic and allowed him to do it, reaching there he saw a big piece of paper covering the original seal, on the paper 'SEAL' was written in kanji, he raised his hand and tore apart the paper after the paper was removed, naruto saw a metal spiral mechanism which was holding the gates of Kurama's cage seeing this he knew that it will not open without its key so he ask system

naruto: system pass me the key of this eight tiagram seal which we got from the forbidden scroll of sealing.

[beep ... transferring key to host]

soon naruto felt an influx of information of an unsealing formation, after around 1 minutes this influx stopped, naruto raised his hand, on his fingers five green colour lights appear, 1 minute later kanji letter starts to come out from these lights, these kanji letters float toward the spiral seal and disappear in it and as soon as the kanji letter touched the seal it triggered a mechanism and the seal starts to unlock.

'CLANK'

after around 5 seconds the seal was completely unlocked, seeing this Kurama raised his hands and pushed the doors.

'SCREEEECCHH'

naruto slowly landed on the floor and look at Kurama who was coming out from the door and before he could say anything he heard Kurama.

kurama: naruto! we do not have much time so hurriedly sit down in a meditation pose and direct my chakra in your body.

hearing this naruto nodded and sat down.

seeing this Kurama released a huge amount of chakra.

'WHOOSH'

naruto's heavily injured body suddenly starts to shine with an orange colour lights and soon enough orange flames starts to come out from him, his body starts to float and positioned itself into a sitting pose.

the wounds on Naruto's body starts to heal at a visible speed, the fractured bones became one again and his bone marrow starts to produce a huge amount of blood after being influenced by Kurama's chakra.

// kakashi and sasuke //

seeing the orange flames covering Naruto's body a shocked expression appeared on kakashi's and Sasuke's face, they were shocked because they have never seen anything like this before, the amount of chakra naruto was emitting was far greater than a kage-level shinobi.

sweat was dropping from Sasuke's forehead, he could never have imagined that naruto was hiding this much power inside him.

seeing the changes in Naruto's body a thought suddenly appear in kakashi's mind and his expression became pale, seeing his sensei's worried expression sasuke ask.

sasuke: sensei what is going on, why is naruto emitting such a huge amount of chakra?

hearing sasuke kakashi thought for a while and answered.

kakashi: if I am not wrong the seal inside Naruto's body has been open and now nine-tailed fox has been released.

hearing this Sasuke's heart drop cold.

kakashi: but something is not right, it is not the usual form a jinchuriki gain when a tailed beast is released.

sasuke: what do you mean?

kakashi: it seems like naruto has willingly opened the seal and now nine-tailed fox is helping him with his injuries.
