Fig and I decided to start heading back before it got too late and together with the fairies we made our way back through the woods. Only after a few minutes Rune appeared before us looking like an angry god. The fairies fly off leaving Fig and I. Rune doesn't move but his angry look is speaking volumes. "What?" I ask aggravated. He works his jaw but doesn't say anything.


"Uhh.. I'm gonna head back Syn.. I'll see you later." Fig says as he runs off leaving me alone with Rune causing me to frown. Why is he always running off when Rune comes around? I'm gonna to have to have a talk with him. I look back to Rune to find him giving me a death glare. I sigh impatiently and start to walk past him. 


He reaches out as I walk past grabbing my arm and saying "Where have you been?" I turn to look at him and see that his golden eyes hold a dangerous light. He really seemed mad. "Fig and I were just hanging out with the fairies." I say trying to pull my arm away. He ignores my attempt and ask "Where?" I look him in the eyes and decide that I don't want him to know about the cave.


It was like a secret place that was all mine and I didn't want the fae to know about it. "Around, now let go." I try and pull away again but he wasn't letting go. His eyes darken before he growls and throws me over his broad shoulders causing my world to spin at the speed. "Alright asshole, this isn't funny! Put me down now!" I demand and hit his back to make my point.


"Behave." He growls and slaps my ass. Shocked I freeze. Did he just spank me!? My eyes go wide and I'm frozen in shock. He slowly starts walking back to the castle and I realize why he's walking and not just shifting us back. He wants everyone to see my ass in this sorry state. My anger spikes and even if I have a nice view of his strong backside.. it's not enough for me to ignore this.


I reach up and grab his long soft hair and start pulling while kicking and yelling "I said put me down you over sized asshole!!" My sudden struggle along with pulling his hair catches him off gaurd and he struggles to keep his hold. He slaps my butt again but harder and says "Enough!" I see red and suddenly remember I'm not a weak human anymore.


I push my power into my elbow and hit him as hard as I can causing him to drop me and stumble. Cheap? Yes, but he has no right to man handle me. "Enough Syn! Behave yourself!" He yells and I laugh but it lacks humor. "Behave? I'm not some child Rune! You have no right to try and boss me around and put your hands on me whenever you feel like especially when you have someone already. Where I'm from that's called cheating and being a man whore!"
