Worst Trio Ever

All three of us, at present still unbeknownst strangers, land on a pile furniture, which is on a pile of rubbish, which leads to a trail of green gunky smelly mud... which I assume to be the main path to walk on through these mounds of trash.

I've ended up in a bath tub, the second girl is sprawled across a chair and the boy is tumbling down the side of the rubbish pile.

"Hi," I wave to the girl, "My name is Syren."

"I don't talk to strangers," she shakes her head at me and the moment she gets to her feet, I watch her slip on some slime and fall down the same slope the boy just descended.

I carefully get out of the bath tub and jump over the chair to see that the second shy and fairly rude girl, has landed upon the boy's face. Precisely, her slimy foot is resting against his cheek as she panics.

"I'm bleeding!" she screams out, picking out a splinter from her palm.

"Get off me, you lunatic!" the boy shoves her away and jumps to his feet, completely naked except for a sheet of makeshift feathers the witch Lady Grey must have adorned us with before we woke up. We all wore the same ridiculous feather dress.

"Hey!" I call out to the two of them as the boy backs off, red in the face with rage.

"What the hell is going on?" he asks, glaring up at me, "Why did you both take me here?"

"I didn't have green skin before I was... we were all... apparently, dead," I get straight to the point. We had to accept that something insane had happened. Even though I was processing through it quickly because of my high IQ and ability to shut off from panic in high stress situations - these two, however, were not coping, "What's your names?" I ask them both.

"J," he responds.

"You're lying," I pick up on the lie when he looks away from me dismissively.

"I'm not going to tell a goblin my real name," he snaps his irritated gaze back at me and motions to my green skin.

"But I swear I was human moments ago!" I try to make him believe me.

"Both of you insane people, stay away from me," the second girl jumps up and brushes the trash off her outfit, as she skips over to the trail of mud and ends up slipping a second time.

"Where do you think you're going?!" I call out.

"I said I don't talk to strangers!" the girl shrieks hysterically without turning to look back at me or 'J'.

While she walks through mud, she mutters to herself while wringing her hands. She seems to be nervously waiting for the moment she wakes up and is back on Earth.

"And who are you?" J asks me, skeptically raising a brow.

"Syren," I answer, "You have slime all over your... feather dress."

"I'm just going to pretend I'm not wearing a dress. As for your calm demeanour, Syren, which is very odd... I'm still convinced you were the one who put the dress on me. Did you get a thrill out of undressing me? " he holds up a hand, slightly smirking when he gets a negative reaction from me in the form of a glare, "But hey. This is just one weird dream. I think my friends drugged me... so, I wonder if you speak through my thoughts or if you can respond on your own?"

"It's... urgh, just listen, okay? It's not a dream and it's not just your reality... and I didn't undress you," I am sick of repeating myself and dealing with two people who won't acknowledge what's right under their nose.

But apparently I don't have to - because trash starts to fly everywhere just as we hear the second girl squealing.

I watch as a hairy monster, short and stout - rolls out of a stack of rubbish and tackles the girl to the ground. As that happens, a second monster bursts from the rubbish pile next to J and grabs J's arm. Once in his tight hold, the monster puts a hairy hand over his mouth and nose - trying to suffocate him.

"Stop!" I yell it out, but as a hint of panic finally starts to consume me... that's when something even more insane occurs. I watch as a bolt of lightning leaves my hand, precisely my finger tip... and it strikes both of the the hairy beasts.

I watch as the beasts cry out and whimper, pulling back and releasing J and the second girl.

As they retreat into their holes, I notice J is now knocked out cold in a pile of mud, face down. I think I electrocuted him.

The second girl is still standing and as she stumbles back towards me through the slimy mud, she is crying and shaking with fear.

"My name is Sky," she admits, "W-where the hell are we? I'm finally realising it's not.... it's not fake. I keep bleeding. I keep feeling pain. And those monsters... and how you just saved my life... and... and... and... the smell... the way I'm experiencing this... it's not going away, it's not fading at all!"

"I know it's overwhelming. However, I have no clue why we are here," I respond, still in awe at what magic just flew out of my now green palm. I gulp as I look up and see grey ominous rain clouds coming in from a crimson blood red horizon, "...Sky, we need to haul J up and get out of here. We need to find some cover. I don't believe we're safe out in the open."
