Alexander and Rosa followed Owen to a huge watchtower made entirely of wood. There, they encountered two more Hunters who were attentively looking towards the south side where smoke signals could be seen.
"What's the situation?" - Owen asked in a serious tone.
The two Hunters looked backwards and hearing Owen's stern voice they promptly responded.
"Ten minutes ago, smoke signals appeared on the sky and as you know boss, those are signs to an impending enemy attack is on the way."
One of the soldiers said as he pointed towards the horizon, where the signals could be seen hundreds of miles away.
"Boss, the enemies will arrive in up to eight hours" - the other soldier reported
The smoke signals were transmitted from tower to tower, strategically built a hundred of miles away from each other, closing the perimeter around the camp.
"Ring the war bell and assemble every Hunter, start the protective measures" - Owen declared as he knocked his spear against the ground.
"We are gonna need every capable man." - Owen gazed at Alexander.
Alexander knew what he was implying so he immediately responded.
" Sir Owen...I can help"
Hearing Alexander, Owen nodded satisfied.
It has been thousands of years since Alexander last participated in a battle, this was a perfect chance to get the dust off and train his body back to its peak.
Although he had utilized the Eternum Chamber, Alexander sensed that his muscles had deteriorated a little. This deficiency could determine life and death in a battle.
" Can you fight?" - Rosa asked Alexander.
She knew that his body was still recovering and he couldn't overstress it.
"Yeah, don't worry" Alexander replied.
-In the worst case scenario I'll just use Caelum- Alexander thought.
If he came into a life danger situation, he would just take out Caelum and kill the enemy.
"Rosa go inform the Leader...Alexander you come with me" - Owen said as he descended the watchtower.

Inside a large tent.
Alexander was looking at a long stand of weapons and bows.
"Choose one weapon and a bow"
"If you need any help choosing a weapon, call the Hunter outside. I have to prepare for the enemy attack" - Owen said and exited the tent. The spear was like an extension of his body, every step he took the spear followed up with heavy strikes on the ground, producing loud noises.
Alexander stood alone facing the weapons. He immediately decided on a unadorned silver longsword. He held the sword with both hands and performed a long serie of movements, as if he was fighting against an invisible opponent.
Alexander's strikes were fluid like water and violent as fire. The sword danced in his hands, as it whistled through the air.
"The quality of this sword is mediocre at most." - Alexander declared, as he put the sword back inside the scabbard and strapped it on his back. This sword was trash compared to Caelum, so Alexander didn't care about it
Alexander soon turned his focus towards the bows. He touched them with the tip of his fingers, feeling the wood and the materials used in each one of them.
When his fingers touched an icy blue longbow, he suddenly stopped.
"Gelida Wood...who could imagine that I would find it in a small camp such as this one" - Alexander said excited
Gelida Wood can be harvested from the branches of a Gelida Tree. However, this tree can only be found in the Lunar Island, and it takes thousands of years to sprout a new branch, so it's rarity was unquestionable.
Myths says that during the Primordial Era there were nine suns hanging on the skies. Due to that, throughout the course of millions of years, rivers began to dry and people began to die. And Seeing all of this happen, a man stood against the sun deities defiantly.
He went on a rampage, massacring every believer of those deities and finally shooting down eight of the nine suns. The last deity only survived because that heroic man missed the last shoot.
During the whole trajectory, the man only used a bow...a bow made of Gelida Wood.
"Beautiful"
Alexander traced the longbow in his hands, feeling the icy feeling being transmitted from it. When he touched the string he exclaimed in surprise
"Dragon tendon"
Dragon Tendon, one of the best material to make the bow string because of its elasticity and durability.
Alexander immediately clung to the bow as if his life depended on it. He hurried to pick up a leather quiver filled with arrows and exited the room, almost jumping from joy.
He didn't even paused to think - how could such a precious bow passed unnoticed by others -

" The boss told you to meet him in the south entrance"
The Hunter waiting for Alexander notified him. Alexander nodded towards the Hunter and proceeded towards the given direction.
After a couple of minutes walking he arrived in the south entrance.
In front of him there was hundreds of Hunter's and a great Wall that didn't exist the last time he came here.
" They sure are fast" - Alexander muttered
"Come here kid" - Owen shouted towards Alexander.
Owen was sitting on top of a high wood trunk, where he could see beyond the wall. Alexander easily climbed the trunk, utilizing the small fissures around it.
"Prepared?" - Owen asked Alexander.
"Yeah" - Alexander responded, showing the bow and sword to Owen.
"Never seen that bow in the armory...let me see it"
Alexander wavered after hearing Owen request.
Seeing Alexander hesitating Owen said
"Come on I won't take it from you...I just want to try it"
-if he notices this bow quality…- Alexander thought, but still decided to hand the bow over to Owen.
"Wow" - Owen exclaimed
When Owen pulled the string he felt as if he could take down an entire army by himself, without a drop of sweat.
"Good choice" - Owen said as he gave the bow back.
He wasn't a greedy man, even more so because Alexander is going to be a part of the camp soon.
"Go get some rest...they will arrive at any moment" - Owen told Alexander as he closed his eyes.
