AN HIDDEN DARKHORSE

Alwyn moved forward and stood beside Arjun. He then bent down and sat on his knees. He raised both his hands to his chest level. Immediately his two hands started to give a brown colour glow.

As people were wondering what exactly Alwyn was about to do, Alwyn placed his hands that was coated with the brown energy. As soon as he placed his hands on the ground, the brown energy started to spread all over the forest. Of course, Arjun controlled it meticulously and he limited the spread of the brown energy within the 100km diameter.

Majority of the people might not have any clue what this energy is. But the likes of Bruce, Cohan, Peter, Theresa knew what was going on. They were familiar with this energy as they also possessed it.

All of them were stunned. Especially Peter. He knew what this energy used by Alwyn is. But in his heart, he felt a little fear. This energy was definitely impossible for him to possess.

Dao Energy!

This energy was definitely the Dao Energy! There is no doubt about it. But how is this possible? He was sure that, Alwyn definitely didn't have mastery in the Dao Energy back when he was chasing them. They simply ran away and defended only through the Dao Inscriptions.

Then how come he had it now? What happened in this past one month since they last met? How come he started to use the Dao Energy after meeting him again in the span of one month?

This shocked everyone. All the contestants who could use the Dao Energy became serious as they were carefully sizing up Alwyn. All this time, they gave importance to Arjun, Rick and Sitaram. Based on their information, among all the members of the Star Moon Team, only these three people could use the Dao Energy. As for the others, they were ignored as if their existence was meaningless for them.

But who would have expected this kind of surprise? One of the person whom they didn't care to take seriously showed them that he was actually the Dao Master! How many top class organizations will be after him? How many people covet him? How many people will fight for him?

"How is this possible>" ,As people were wondering, they heard someone raise their voice. When they looked at the origin of the voice, they found that the one who spoke was actually Peter.

Peter wore a shocked expression as he pointed his finger at Alwyn and asked, "One month ago, you couldn't use the Dao Energy and struggled against me. If it wasn't for the Dao Inscriptions Scrolls within your possession, there is no way you could have escaped from me. Then how could you use the Dao Energy now?"

When Peter raised this question, everyone were shocked. They knew how tough it was for one to master the Dao. Majority of the people will find it extremely difficult to master the Dao.

But if one mastered it, then he has to be an absolute peerless genius. But even the genius like them take years to reach the Manifestation Stage. People knew that even someone like Bruce took five years to reach the Manifestation Stage.

And yet, Peter saying that Alwyn who used the Dao Energy just now had no mastery over the Dao Energy one month ago? How is this possible?

But Arjun solved their doubts with his reply in stead of Alwyn. He said, "What is there to worry about it? After the end of the preliminaries, we have realized how important it was to master the Dao. So during this five years time period, we decided to train in the Dao Energy. Some of us managed to make our breakthrough in the Dao Energy within this five year time period. But the likes of Alwyn and others couldn't master it as the time for the competition came near and our departure time came. But they were one step behind to step their foot in the Dao Realm at that time."

"If that is the case, then how did he managed to master it now?" ,Peter said anxiously, "I am sure that he didn't have this ability one month ago."

Arjun smiled and replied, "Well, let me finish first. When I was worrying over this issue, our team leader Jimmy came to me and gave me those Dao Inscription Scrolls. He said that he prepared all those scrolls as he also understood how important it was to have the Dao Masters within the competition in the Eagle City. And that's how they managed to have all those scrolls to defend against your attacks."

"What kind of rubb--" ,Peter wanted to mock them. But he abruptly stopped. He looked at Arjun in total disbelief.

"Wh-What did you say?" ,At that time, Cohan said in disbelief. He asked in a shocked tone, "You mean that, all those Dao Inscription Scrolls which you people had in your possession was created by your team leader Jimmy!"

People were shocked all this time as they were late to notice what was unusual about this. But when they heard it directly from Cohan, they suddenly understood what was odd this time.

Jimmy created the Dao Inscription Scrolls!

Since the ancient times, it was a well known fact that Inscription Scrolls are highly difficult to forge. It is particular for the Dao Inscriptions. Dao Inscription was even more difficult to forge.
