THE DESTRUCTION OF THE GRADE-5 WEAPON

Cohan's whip moved very fast towards Rick. Rick didn't move just like the last time. Everyone who looked at this felt that Cohan's whip will once again hit Rick's body.

But they were proved wrong. What Cohan intended to do is different this time. Since lashes were not working, he coiled the whip around Rick's whole body stealing his movement freedom.

Rick was already very weak. But now he was immobile. He couldn't even move his hands anymore. He couldn't even move an inch.

Rick felt a little pain oozing out from his entire body. But he didn't give up. He tried to set himself free however he can. But he failed.

Looking at Rick's failure escape attempt, Cohan took a little sigh of relief. In his life he never met people like Rick. This was the first time he felt this annoyed facing an opponent who was weaker than himself in terms of cultivation base.

He said, "It's over now. Stop trying to resist. You have clearly lost. You found it hard to even move your body before you were tied up. But now that you are tied up, it was equal to your defeat. So just give up."

It is true that the people from the Raven Sect were ruthless. But everyone were not that ruthless. There are people like Cohan and Bruce who still follow some moral rules.

Cohan knew better than anyone else that he was not a match against Rick. He felt it for himself. So he used his final trump card very early intending to finish the fight by taking Rick by surprise.

The terrifying aspect about the Grade-5 weapon is that, it could kill even a seventh awakening stage expert in one blow if they were taken by surprise!

Needless to say, when he was using this attack against a cultivator whose cultivation base is lesser than his own.

And yet after the successful attack, Rick was still alive. Even though he received the severe damage, he was still alive. Cohan was sure that not even a Seventh Awakening Stage expert could stay alive after taking his whip attack. And yet Rick was still alive.

This itself was a proof of just how much they have underestimated the people from the Star Moon Team.

He desperately tried to lash after looking at Rick who didn't dare to take any medicine pill on Arjun's condition to recover himself. But Rick was still fine.

Cohan became desperate. He knew that things are not looking good. His black whip was no longer proving affective. Just how strong is Rick's physical body? He don't even dare to imagine.

So what Cohan did? He used his whip to coil Rick's entire body with black whip stealing every bit of his movement freedom. Rick was barely moving his body. So if he managed to make him even more immobile, then he felt that everything will be alright.

"It's over. Now give up. I will spare your life." ,Cohan said.

But there was no reply from Rick.

"You idiot! You made a wrong move!" ,At that time, Cohan heard Bruce shouting in a little panicked voice.

Cohan was shocked. But then he thought that his plan was perfect. So where exactly he made things wrong? He still couldn't understand it.

"It's too late." ,Arjun said with a smile on his face, "He he is about to lose his darling little weapon."

When people heard this, they were all remained speechless. They all felt that whatever Cohan did was right. It all made sense when people looked at the situation.

Cohan stole already heavily injured Rick's movements by coiling his entire body with the Black Whip. So where exactly he committed mistake here?

They couldn't find any flaw in this plan. They all looked at both Bruce and Arjun in the hope of finding any answer coming from their mouths. But both of them remain silent.

But it didn't take long for them to find their answers. As there were trying to find the answer, they all sensed a silver light coming out of Rick's body.

"NO!!!" ,Most of the people couldn't understand what this silver light is. But it doesn't mean that Cohan couldn't. It was the Dao Energy.

Cohan immediately understood what was the meaning behind Bruce's warning.

But it was too late. Even before he could make his next move and try to pull back the black whip, the Silver light immediately spread around his entire body.

At the beginning, the whip started to shake uncontrollably. But things finally became worse as Rick's Dao Energy completely shattered the black whip into pieces.

Rick finally got back his freedom. But Cohan felt as if his heart is about to bleed. He never imagined that his Grade-5 weapon was shattered. He never thought that he will lose his favourite weapon here today just like this.

The Dao Energy of Wind finally exploded from Rick as it was unleashed. One had to remember that Rick was actually a Master of the Greater Dao. How could a mere Grade-5 weapon withstand the power of the 80% completion rate Greater Dao?

This whip almost broken thanks to the insertion of thin amount of Dao Energy from Cohan. He knew that it was risky. But in order to enhance the damage output of the black whip to it's peak, Cohan used a thin amount of Dao Energy.

But now Rick used the Dao Energy to the maximum and shattered this black whip. Despite the warning from Bruce, Cohan failed to understand it in time and payed for his actions.

"I will kill you!" ,Cohan shouted in complete anger. He always liked this black whip of his. But today it's gone for good. And the one who is responsible for this was actually the person standing in front of him.

To think that he showed pity to Rick earlier and only wanted to defeat him! And now he changed his mind as he decided to kill his opponent. This is the only justice he could bring to his weapon.

Cohan burst out with anger. He also unleashed his Dao Energy from his body. The Domain of the Dao of Light exploded. Cohan was the master of the Dao of Light. His Dao of Light already reached the Domain Stage. So he decided to go all out and kill Rick as soon as possible.

Rick didn't sit idly either. He couldn't move his body. So he did something else to fight against Cohan. He created a giant fist using the Greater Dao of Wind. Using this he decided to collide against Cohan's Dao of Light.

"What? Did he go insane? How could he try to use the Manifestation Stage to go against the Domain?" ,Theresa spoke with tone filled with disbelief.
