Close Call

After I was kicked out of the white room, I arrived in a totally dark, eerily place. All around is darkness, with only one place with light shining, even if faintly. Thankfully though, because it was so dark, it was easy to see the light.

The change from colors was too fast, so I was in daze before recovering. He soon looked around from the light to see if anything was in his vicinity. When he saw his surroundings, color drained from his face as he was horrified of what he saw.

In this dark place, one could see thousands of eyes staring at him with desire. He calms himself down and gradually became fearless.

I wasn't scared of this, because according to the Almighty LN- San, this should be where I either meet an enemy or meet a heroine that would make the story more interesting, a goal to walk to.

Of course, I wouldn't just have relied on LN- San, but more secure power.

It didn't take long for me to discover which would arrive, when I heard a voice filled with malicious intent.

"Ohh... now what do we have here?" said the voice, one couldn't be certain of which direction it came from, as in the totally endless dark plane, the voice just echoes all around.

When the other creatures, heared the voice, they ran away as if meeting a terrifying predator. The thousands of eyes became lesser as some of them left. There were few who didn't seem to care and was watching with interest. Obviously, they weren't afraid of the newcomer.

It didn't take long for the figure to appear in view before him. The figure was as big as a small mountain, as it rushes forward with speed not fitting together with its size. Eyes as big as a cart wheels, while being red as blood. The shape of the body was like a cucumber as it was so long with an only a large mouth and large eyes.

Comparing the size of the two of them, is like comparing an ant to a human, the difference was simply too big.

" System program.... start." As he was waiting for the figure to arrive, he heard a robotic like voice speaking in his head. The voice was like the heavenly tone of the heavens, brining a sense of peace to him.

He was positive that he didn't hear wrongly.

"Hello master, I'm AI assistant system, designed to help you with all your needs." The voice once again sound in his head.

Hearing the voice again and the words spoken, he pieces some clues together and figure this is one of his power, (System).

This was the reason he was confident that he could be okay even if the creature came.

'According to what God said, the AI system should be in my soul, so this would explain the voice in my head.' the youth floated in the darkness, as he analyzed the information given.

' Al system, scan my memory and compile all information according to 'Warlock of the Magus World.' the figure said after thinking for a while. He made this decision, because he had chosen this power because of the advantages he had seen in novel.

The mc of that novel, Blood God Warlock Leyin, had reach the peak of his career, of rank 9, mostly because of the assistance and the data bank of his system. One must understand that a rank 9 being could be consider an almighty God! So, one can see the benefits the system could give one.

"Beginning the compliment of information from hosts memory. Estimated times is 3m 7s." The robotic voice response.

Seeing the time may be too long in this situation, he starts to wonder to the only area that has light. He made this choice because it seems the creatures are wary of this place.

At first, he wasn't worried about the figure that is moving towards him, but since he wasn't sure that his power works here without, Al helping him. After all, he had neve used his powers before.

As he moved towards the lights, the monster behind him increase its speed even more. It was like, it would not stop giving chase, even if God himself was to grab its balls.

At this rate even before he reaches the light, he will be caught, the youth thought. He tried to speed up but couldn't go any faster as he felt the resistance.

When he was 5 meters from the lights, the monster probably feeling desperate used its power to pull towards him even faster, completely casually, it was obvious that the resistance that the youth was feeling had no effect on it.

Knowing nothing well could come out of it, he struggled violently and broke through the pulling force and rushes into the lights.

When he arrived in the lights, they gathered around him and he was teleported from there. Before he was teleported, he heard the monster's desperate screams.

" No!!! So damn close ... if ...if he had just wait a second later, I would have devoured his soul and become more powerful to leave this vile place!!" the beings voice rang out in the dark void, devoid of lights.
