First Contact

" System Reboot finished. According to host orders, all stats will be shown according to Warlock of the Magus World."

As he got up and was checking his body out, he heard the system voice. He was curious about his stats, as when he awoke, he found himself inside of a new body, not that he cares since it was a nice one.

He usually, he would fly around, but it seems he couldn't even levitate off the ground. Unless he can gain the ability again, he will really miss it.

Seeing the stats, he was stunned. Originally, he believed that he would have his stats in numbers, but the system couldn't have even labeled them. His heart sank, as he taught of something.

' System, why is it that the stats aren't labeled?' He believed there must be a reason for this, so he asks in his mind.

The system replied,' Since host is in a Mortal World of the Cultivation World, instead of the Magus one, the system will adjust the stats accordingly as host get more information.'

Getting the information form the system, he pushed it in the back of his mind, his anxious heart became peaceful as it seems that the system was not a damaged product as he original thought.

Gaining confirmation, he looked around his surroundings, trying to see where he had arrived at.

Well, all he could see is trees, trees and more trees. ooh, did he already say trees. Usually in situation like these, the mc would look around for civilization and try to settle down. That's what LN San would do, so the first he did was start walking towards one direction.

He chose this direction, because the trees became spares, the closer one comes to the edge of a forested place. Of course, if someone had use this knowledge and did something weird to the trees, like cutting down the trees in a circular opening in the center of a forest, then this knowledge would be useless.

One side of the forest was spare and one side vibrant, it didn't take an idiot to know which way to go. After all, not all intelligent people live in forest.

After walking for about an hour, he was still not tired. If it was his old body back on earth, he would be sweating hard.

He was wondering why no beast came towards him, even though when he woke up there were plenty of corpses around him. Not that he minds, just a little curious.

When the sun was going down, he was about to stop, but he saw smoke rising into the air.

Do you know what that means? Civilization.

He ran towards the smoke, hoping for information, so he can figure out what to do.

As he was getting closer, he could see that the trees are sparser than before, as if a clearing was up ahead.

When he arrived, he was stunned at what he saw.

He saw villagers going around to repair their house, taking care of their farms. It was as if a disaster swipe through, bringing destruction in its wake.
