At Least Someone was Saved

The clock ticked loudly as Rosanna waited on the couch. In another room, the other children were there, waiting for their own parents to come. As for her, she only wanted to see Noah and Luca as much as possible. She had a lot of things to say, but she couldn't pour them out all at once.

It was strange that they were taken to SCC, and yet Luca and Noah weren't there. They were still in Cape Cod, and yet her guardians were not attending to her. Theresa was there earlier, but she had to leave for her duties.

Right now, only a lone girl was on the couch, hoping to have someone to cry on.

"Rosanna?" Montana's voice echoed from the door he opened with a crack. From the gap, he saw Rosanna perked her up as if acknowledging the call. However, she didn't run to the door like she was telling him that she was not familiar with the voice.

"Rosanna, don't you recognize my voice?"
