"No, Caliga wasn't with them. It was the others… and their dad… and their big brother..." The knight almost pouted when Noah asked as if someone else could do such a thing. Sagan wanted to whine and throw a tantrum, but he was being watched by an angel. It would be humiliating somehow. 

"I don't know why Pollo bothered to save traitors, but he still showed up. One dying Pollo was okay, but the earl and Pollo's children surely knew how to be crafty. I still grow mad every time I think about this..."

Gianna twitched, and she even took a step forward. "Luca was there?! Did you anything to him?!"

Sagan and Antigua threw a glare at her, but they didn't act on their misdirected anger. Luca still injured some commanders, and the nature of his relationship with Noah prevented any of the sloth demons from getting even. If Noah continued to favor the hellhounds, who knew how many would come crying and wailing at Belphegor's feet in grief and resentment?
