"Does it look like I am going to fit down these stairs?" Cladem bellowed.

Cladem was already hunched over as he was too tall to stand comfortable in the building, it was obvious he wouldn't be able to fit down the stairway.

Grobak scratched his cheek and embarrassingly laughed, "Right, I guess you can wait here. Let's go."

Grobak motioned to his warriors and they all followed him down the winding stairway. It was well lit with torches on the walls and the stone stairs were sturdy. They could hear the sounds of hurried movement below. Although Cladem had made it so those from the outside wouldn't hear the commotion, those below had heard it. Perhaps Cladem wanted them to hear it, or just didn't care. Regardless, it really didn't matter what they did, they were too weak to cause any harm to the group.
