The New Commander

After he called Al, Faust then try to finish his assignment. His current assignment is to ask around about the locals, including Krisna's military. So he began to ask Krisna's commanders and officials. Although Al already send a lot of spies to check the continent, there are some informations that the spies couldn't get. Such as the soldiers exact number and equipment, or secret military weapon, etc. He also interrogate Arishka and her men to find out more about Sistine's military.

When Faust manage to get all of those informations, he will then send those information to the higher-ups. The higher-ups then could create strategies based on those information, for any situation that might occurred.

Now, the sun is long gone, and the two moons is already at their higest peaks. This indicate that it's already midnight. Knowing this, Faust is getting ready to sleep. Unfortunately for him, just after a few minutes of sleeping, he's being woken by his phone. After a few ring, Faust then answer his phone, with a sleepy voice. "This is commander Faust."

"Faust, it's me."

"....Is this 'it's me, it's me' scam?"

"Don't be ridiculous. This is a military secure line. I'm no one important by the way, just your king."

"Your Majesty!? I-I'm so sorry I didn't realize it's your majesty." Realizing it was Al that called, his sleepyness is all gone.

"It's alright Faust. I'm to sorry for waking you up. But I have an urgent news for you."

"Yes your majesty. What is the news."

"Congratulation Faust, you're hereby in command of the advance force. But you can relax, the H.A.U.N.T.S. team will still in your command, I wont take them away from you. The advance force will made of: a platoon of anti spy unit, a company of combat engineer unit, a batalion of fast mobile armor unit, two air cavalry, and an infantry legion. You'll also have the autorities to requisition some additional forces, if you deemed it necessary"

"..... What?" Faust still couldn't belive what he just heard.

Al then repeat the news. "Just as I say, commander Faust, you will took command of the advance force when they arrive tomorrow. In light of that, you and the rest of the H.A.U.N.T.S. team will come with me tomorrow afternoon back to Eldia."

"Just a second, your majesty! Wh- who decide that I will be the one who took command of the advance force, and why!?"

"I'm the one who decide it. And for why, it's because you're the most suitable men to do this. The other candidate is just too green for my liking."

"But from what your majesty said before, the advance force will be around 6.000 men. Isn't that too much for my first time."

"5.000 men to be exact. Also, don't lower yourself Faust. At that one simulation, you took command of the 3rd tank batalion, 4th artillery batalion, and 8th infantry batalion and manage to clear out a city with the fastest record did you?"

"Yes I did, but.."

"It's alright Faust, I believe you can.. no, you will get the job done."

"... Alright, your majesty, I will take this job. I thank you for this opportunity, and I also thank you for trusting me."

"You're welcome Faust. By the way, how's your team that had gone to Toul? Are they back here yet?"

"The Toul team are here, but they still down because of the inner strengthening spell's backlash. To ensure everyone can safely escape Toul, they had to use it to held the enemies back."

"I see... That it self deserve the grand knight medal. But I don't think it's enough to give them 'that' one."

"That's true your majesty. Speaking of 'that' one, do your majesty accept Noah Latom to be the first receiver, as I recomend?"

"Yes. After reading all the report about him, I think he's perfect. Actualy, I will held the ceremony to give him 'that', just before we move out the advance force. That's why, you and your men will come with me back to Eldia tomorow at 08.00 Eldia time. That 16.00 Krisna time, you understand?"

"I Understand, your majesty."

"Good, that's all for now Faust. I'm sorry for waking you up, get some rest."

After Al close the phone, he and Emma head to their room. Al then began to prepare his speach for tomorrow, while Emma go to bed. Even after a bucket full of scrap paper later, Al still couldn't make a speach that he feel perfect. So Al run to the best thing that can help him, movies. Then, when the sun is already rise rather high, Al finally finish his speach.

When Al check the clock on his laptop, it's say the time is 08.00 Krisna time. Al then try to wake Emma up so they can have breakfast. "Eemmhh.." But Emma refuse to wake up, and let out a sexy moan instead. For Al who haven't slept for two days (meaning his libido is currently in the max), Emma's moan is torturous. But Al held his urge to pounch on Emma and try to wake her again.

"Eemmhh.. What is it dear?"

"It's morning. We should get some breakfast and get ready to go."

"Go? Where are we going?"

"We are going to meet your sister, the great green dragon."
