Legendary Nap

"Huh?" Xue Lian thought he was imaging things as he noticed Chen Xie lie down and start sleeping on the floor. In his confusion, he accidentally tripped over his own feet and went flying in an arc right over Chen Xie crashing into a duo that was fighting it out behind him.

Why is this fellow asleep again? Sima Jiuling was unable to wrap her head around what she was seeing, in her moment of distraction she accidentally touched a fellows, ahem, most precious and private organ. WTF is this thing in my hand? She wondered while looking down. She quivered, so did the unfortunate fellow whose thing had been grabbed.

"Pl...please do...don't castrate me!" He whimpered as tears rolled down his eyes.

F*** it was an accident! She cursed inwardly while hurriedly attempting to let go of the disgusting organ while turning beet red. Just as she was distracted someone behind her kicked her on her waist sending her flying off stage. With nothing nearby to hold onto she subconsciously squeezed that thing in her hand to get her footing. That unfortunate fellow had one of his, well, you know what, burst. Luckily, he wasn't completely castrated. When his parents furiously tried to find out he hurried to cover it up as an injury resulting from him falling in a wrong position. Seriously, which man would admit that his thing was smashed because a girl pulled on it when she went flying?

Soon, everyone became enamored in some unfortunate accident or the other, well, except for Xu Lei ofcourse, the only accident he had was that a fly landed on him, which was the first time it had happened in a very, very long time.

Seeing the mess of bodies everywhere, steam began billowing out of Instructor Fu's ears as he glared at the student sleeping soundly in the middle.

"CHEN XIE!" He yelled at twice his normal volume.

"Here… sir..." Chen Xie mumbled in his sleep.

"YOU, YOU, YOU! YOUR THIS EVIL, VILE..." Instructor Fu denounced as he climbed the stairs, however he was suddenly cut off because he accidentally put his foot down on a particularly heavy student's stomach resulting in the kid puking on Instructor Fu's pants.

With his face contorting in rage he glared at the sleeping boy one more time before turning around, only to slip on the puke on his feet and slide down the stairs crashing onto the floor.

At this moment, Chen Xie woke up with a yawn. Looking around him, even he was dazed. Ever since young his mother had always taken extra care to ensure that neither he, nor his father went to sleep before she arrived home. This was because whenever they went to sleep, anything which could have disturbed them would be met with some kind of unfortunate accident. 30 times when she was taking the elevator and one of the Chen father or son fell asleep, she would get stuck in the elevator. Another 40 or so times she would trip on her own feet, 100 or so times the key card would not work and the doorbell would short circuit, and once a helicopter that was flying an emergency patient to the hospital was hit by a sudden updraft in wind and abruptly raised a kilometer into the sky for being too loud.

Hence, Chen Xie had always protected himself by taking naps. Because, as long as he slept, nothing would be allowed to disturb him. Just like now, the unfortunate fellow who was half castrated by Sima Jiuling was about to yell out the name of his martial technique, due to the sudden hand on his private he only squeaked. Sima Jiuling, who was about to scream in embarrassment had the her wind knocked out by the fellow that kicked her on the side who in turn lost his balance and fell on a paralyzed fellow, hitting his head on his and then falling unconscious. Even Instructor Fu was taken out for making too much noise.

In the entire room, only Xu Lei was spared because he was the only one who had not spoken, attempted to speak or planned to smack anyone hard enough to make a bang. The landing of his opponents on the floor only made quiet thuds…

"Sorry sir, I practice the Legendary Nap Sacred Art which causes accidents for anyone who tried to disturb my sleep. It's the only combat technique I know to protect myself," Chen Xie explained with his head down. Xue Lian's sudden burst had indeed given him a shock and alarmed him of the power held by his peers at Silver Cross Academy. Thus, he reacted to the danger by habit and used the Instant 30 second sleep art his father created. He never expected his half a minute nap would cause such widespread destruction, he only anticipated Xue Lian being affected by it. Unfortunately, it appeared that his "Legendary Napping Domain" had once again improved.

Of course there was no such thing as the Legendary Nap Sacred Art, he had been born with this condition. Somehow, it just kept getting stronger year by year on its own. The genes for this were inherited from his grandmother, who passed it on to his father. Hence, the current predicament.

"Don't bother apologizing. However, you really should be careful from now on and try to get as much sleep at home as possible so this doesn't keep happening," Xu Lei suggested.

Hearing a voice behind him Chen Xie turned around in shock. "How were you not affected by Napping Domain?" He asked.

"It's your domain, how the hell would I know?" Xu Lei asked perplexed. Seeing the state of all the other students even he was shocked. If it weren't for the CLELUHUI he would have been screwed just as badly today.

"You're right, it really is my domain so I should know," Chen Xie said while frowning. The only way Xu Lei would have been unaffected would be because he never did anything that could threaten Chen Xie's nap. But how could he possibly avoid doing something like that on a battle arena?!?!

Ding Dong Dang Dong, Dong Ding Dang Dong!

The school bell rung signalling the end of the day.

"Well sleeper, I guess I will see you tomorrow," Xu Lei said while walking backward before heading out.

"See you tomorrow then," Chen Xie responded as he slowly stepped over the unconscious bodies of his classmates.
