The next morning, Xu Rouguang freely waltzed in the CEO's inner office again. He did get glances from the three secretaries, but only Wen Qingyuan reminded him not to keep Lai Mingjie too long as he had to meet with overseas clients in the next hour. As that was forty-five minutes away, Xu Rouguang didn't mind.

He opened the door and saw his husband drowning behind the paperwork on his desk. The wife sauntered along the room till he got behind Lai Mingjie and bent down to lean his chest against the chair behind Lai Mingjie, his arms around his husband's shoulders. "You're terribly busy today."

"Yep. Overseas clients scheduled a sudden meeting, and I had to make sure everything had been attended to properly. Also, there's this thing about the twins." He slid a thick folder to the side. "Mind helping me out?"
