To keep a mystery in the cultivation process, I'll only be adding the subsequent realms after they are revealed in the story.

=Physique Tempering=

- Red (2 kg increase per tier)

- Yellow (4 kg increase per tier)

- Blue (8 kg increase per tier)

- Purple (16 kg increase per tier)

- Gold (20 kg increase per tier)

Each of the stages in further divided into 5 tiers.
