Combat Training
Note: this is at the start cause i wanted to mention this is training for me as well, i wanted to write a chapter full of combat scenes as a 'warm up' for future chaps, anyways enjoy.

a few weeks have passed after the incident, the council was so outraged, so when i suggested, Intensive Combat Training, Some were ready to agree just based on the name.
I suggested that instead of learning a lot of new things, for a period of 2 months students are encourage to learn a new style and maybe some new jutsu, and after the period given, the entire shinobi populace will go into large scale training. For example, me i will specifically want to fight sword wielders, to be more accurate swordsmen, for they who truly walk the path of the spear is most suitable for me to train with, not only would i gain combat experience, i can get used to sword users they have one main advantage over spear users, SPEED!
If a time comes that i can almost negate that advantage they have, then i have basically gotten rid of the advantage of the most popular weapon. and this intensive combat training is so because not even medical ninja are safe, in the combat every shinobi will be undergoing, injuries are encouraged, this will make us strive to improve more so we experience less injuries. {If a masochist shinobi exists then fuck, i just let them experience heaven if this goes through} although i whispered, someone apparently heard, as evidence by an inuzuka buckling over from laughter...
"So shikaku-san would you please give a more detailed idea to how this works?" A random civilian council member is asking huh.
"Well this is what i thought, what is the biggest weakness of fire natured ninja? of course it is water users. so my thought is like this. for genin to mainly focus on their taijutsu, and for chunin to fight against other chunin with their elemental weakness, so that they get used to being supprssed via jutsu, so that they would strive towards ways to find a way against this weakness, this also lets the ninja with the elemental advantage adjust and adapt towards the way fire users adapt, thus if in a battle situation they wouldn't panic when they are elementally suppressed, so with the stronger element user quickly adjusting, the shinobi with the weaker element needs to invent new things, This does 2 things in particular, it makes them used to combat towards people with their stronger/weaker element, and 2 promotes creativity and quick thinking. imagine if the konoha shinobi are so quick on their heads that we posses quasi-level nara intellect?" The council room was then filled with either snickers or just full blown laughter.
"well for jonin whatever works works, jonin needs at least 2 elements right? so how about we add chakra control, don't worry i will handle that part father." Some looked confused, and even a little doubtful that a child such as me would help jonin level ninja train.
"Hokage-sama if it would not be so rude of me to inquire but how would shikaku-sama help the jonin?"
"Well for us shinobi we treat chakra control as a big deal, imagine if you were so good with chakra, what would require a ninja half of their reservoir would only take a ninja with the same chakra ammount 1/8 of their chakra? okay maybe not to that extent for most shinobi, but i think my son here could make that possible."
That comment made by dad made the shinobi stare at me "Hey you think my perfect chakra control and my extreme talent towards lightning and wind a joke?"
a look of realization dawn the shinobi council members. well they prob only think of perfect chakra control something like walking up a waterfall without more chakra than necessary was used. wonder what they would think if my control is literally perfect.

anyways due to that konoha after the 2 months given as a time for shinobi to pick up some new tricks, well after that could be said to be the start of a time of mass training, not only to weapon makers and medics...
I dodge as some shuriken was thrown at me, then the thrower of the shuriken did some hand seals. whilst taking a deep breath and Katon: Karyū Endan! (Fire Release:Flame Dragon Bullet) and expelled some fire dragons towards me. seeing this i got curious Raiton: Jibashi (Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder.) I pumped so much chakra that the lightning was almost as thick as my torso. This broke through at several places causing the flames to scatter. kakashi then shunshin'd somewhere, so i manipulated the lightning remaining to stand by near me, Earth Release: Ground Coffin. then the Earth moved to trap me, i used the lightning to destroy it to witness kakashi and a clone of his doing their separate handseals. Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu! / Fuuton:daitoppa! my view became filled with rapidly approaching flames, Flying Thunder God Jutsu! thankfully i threw a FTG Kunai before engaging in this fight, said kunai was just on the ground near where i was. Raiton: Dragon's Roar! i breathed out a lightning dragon headed straight to kakashi and his clone. i decided to prepare another set of handseals when i barely reacted to see another kakashi behind me! he punched me to which i barely dodged it, he then proceeded to use his other hand to try and hit my chest i winced in pain and grappled the hand he punched me with RAIGEKI NO YOROI! (Thunder Armor) a split second after my armor flaring into existence the kakashi i was grappling got replaced by a log. after which i got hit in the neck and fell into dreamworld.
"well first things first, you need to train to be able to instantly tell if the electric signals is that of a clone. but other than that you deserve tokubetsu jonin, you reacted calmly, but although you are strong you are not as physically strong as most jonin, and the fact that you faced me at a distance for most of the spar didn't help i know i didn't allow you to use your electromaster, but i didn't expect this much of a discrepancy to your normal combat prowess, you rely too much on your raw control of lightning, know that despite the lightning you can instantly manipulate is strong you also know the fact that chakra made lightning is a little better."
i sat as kakashi lectured me about stuff i need to improve on. then he said a word that made my ears perk. "Again"
"Okay we will now spar again but taijutsu and you get to use your Bo and me my sharingan" i didn't care that he was allowed to do that so i got in a battle stance.
He rushed at me seeing me at the ready, i sweeped the Bo just before he got into attacking range, he then jumped back to avoid a hit of to the stomach, i rushed at him striking as if thunder, he deflected the attack using his kunai, i twirled the spear and slid my Bo out of the kunai and attacked him with my feet, i slid back a little and stabbed my Bo multiple times in a few seconds, what would result in multiple blows in other people he dodged all,he dashed again but this time after throwing shuriken, i twirled my spear to defend against it and striked the last one back towards him. an exchange like this lasted for quite a while before i finally messed up a little, my last manipulation of the spear went a little wrong and i almost let if go so he dashed towards me, but i only faked my mistake, then used a nearby tree for the Bo to rebound on and firmly held it, after that i sweeped my Bo immediately after getting a firm grip, this allowed me to hit kakashi in the side, only the fact that the sharingan he had allowed him to dodge it, since he was up in the air i then stabbed multiple times, he dodged a few but not all, and with that i won the little spar.
"Kakashi-san you are too hung up on the fact that most weapon user's make mistakes sometimes, so you think i would too the fact is that if you are considered a master in a weapon you rarely fuck up, and when you do it is because of nervousness, or the enemy set that up to happen, but i am a grandmaster a step above masters. so my chances of fucking up are even less so, so when you thought you saw an opening you increased the speed of your dash, if it wasn't for the fact that you had the sharingan you might not have dodged quickly enough, i would have hit your legs. and the fact that you increased the speed of your dash made it so that you were too far in and going too fast to jump backwards. so you were vulnerable in the air!"
"okay, geeze, you are saying FACT so much, stop rubbing it in. I know i made a mistake and you capitalized on it, but no need to emphasize the word FACT so much so the effect of you pointing out my mistake was much more dramatic" i would have felt a little sorry if not for the fact he was reading an orange book titled: ICHA ICHA PARADISE
"AAAAAAH, GODDAMN, STOP READING THAT BOOK!. HA. anyways wee need to go to the council for the monthly report." I am very mad at seeing that book basically everywhere, kakashi was made my partner for the ICT and after every spar of ours he instantly whips out that book!
