Streaming, 13 Gaming Divinities, and Fate?

After revealing his own identity, Daniel was asked by Vince to get lunch with him, along with Kyle, of course.

Daniel and Kyle understood each other, Daniel and Vince caught up with each other's lives, and Kyle and Vince got along with each other very well.

The trio is now considered a true circle of friends. Daniel then went home, and Kyle told Daniel that he will be moving in a week later. Vince returned to his office, and told the staff to stop the beta testing, Vince did not tell anyone why.

Daniel agreed, and drove on his luxurious sports car. After getting home, he planned the next day's activities. It was only 3:00 PM, there's still much time, the moment he got home.

"Should I reveal myself tomorrow? Or next week? Or next month? Or maybe even next year?" Daniel wasn't sure on how to reveal himself.

He was just surfing the web at that time, then he got across something.

"That's it!" Daniel said to himself. He would stream!

Daniel took his phone, and called Kyle. He then told Kyle his plans on revealing himself tomorrow.

"So soon!?" Kyle exclaimed. "Anyways, people would now know who you are after your stream, are you nervous? Or at least exhilarated?"

Daniel thought about it, and replied "No, not the least bit."

"Thought so. You really don't have much emotion, eh? If there's someone being killed in front of you, you may not even respond, only look at the one being murdered coldly, and then walk away." Kyle joked.

Daniel was scared of this reply by Kyle. What will he actually do if he encounters this kind of situation? "Yeah, probably." Although Daniel was worried about himself on how he would react on that kind of situation, he knew that Kyle was just joking. Daniel was an introvert, not stupid. It was not appropriate to give a serious answer during this situation.

"Heck, maybe you're even impotent!" Kyle said mockingly while laughing.

"What the hell are you talking about?" Daniel was annoyed by the answer Kyle just gave him. "I will tarnish your reputation as Hundred Kills after I reveal myself as Phantom God if you keep this up."

"Hey, hey, hey, just joking, just joking." On the other side of the phone, Kyle immediately felt cold sweat coming down from his forehead.

"Anyways, be sure to look out for tomorrow." Daniel said before hanging up.

Daniel then accessed the official Chirper of Phantom God, and 'chirped (1)' a foreshadowing of his stream tomorrow.

"Look out for 'Spasm (2)' tomorrow" He posted this simple message, yet all the industry insiders, gamers, and fans of Phantom God, and everyone all over the world, had a huge uproar because of this simple message.

"GG!"

"Phantom God is gonna stream"

"Are you for real!?"

"Is Phantom God finally gonna reveal his identity? Even people and CEOs of multiple gaming companies, and development companies haven't found the real forerunner of the Era of Gaming, is he now finally going to reveal himself?"

Comments like these were on the chirp post of Phantom God. It became the most viewed post in just a couple minutes, and had 1,000 comments being commented per second.

All the streamers felt an impending sense of doom as they decided to remove their plans of streaming tomorrow.

However, there are also some brave ones who decided to try and compete for views on Spasm tomorrow against THE Phantom God.

They think that Daniel doesn't know how to commentate, but these guys are stupid, have they even seen the tutorial videos that Daniel does? Aren't those even more in-depth than you think? And they think that Daniel can't commentate? Goodness...

In a certain company, an emergency meeting is called.

"What do you think he's going to play?"

"Who knows? It can be League of Legends, DoTA 2, Hearthstone, Fortnite: Battle Royale, Paladins, Lightning Track, or anything else. "

"I think it will be League of Legends." Somebody said.

"Why do you think so?"

"Just a hunch."

...

In many other gaming teams, and development companies, similar scenes played out. After all, Phantom God is the forerunner of the Era of Gaming, and many games became popular and played by over a billion people because of Phantom God's videos, and tutorials.

This is the first time that Phantom God is going to stream, however, they all knew that Phantom God already had a Spasm account ever since about 8 years ago, since the dawn of Spasm.

Phantom God is definitely a true blue hardcore gamer to the core. He's one of the pioneers of the Era of Gaming, along with Hundred Kills, the mysterious Mister Enigma, and ten more. Together, they make up the vanguards of the Era of Gaming, they are the 13 Gaming Divinities.

However, the lone unknown Phantom God is on a whole another level, and is considered the first Gaming God. Not even the second placer, Thunderbird, can beat Phantom God in any game, although that was just speculations as Phantom God and Thunderbird never fought.

But you say how was that speculated? Because of the videos of Phantom God! Phantom God's games always contain so much godlike plays, for example, in League of Legends, Phantom God's uncut videos.

Phantom God never died even once on a video, offline, it was said that Phantom God dies only once, at most, twice, and if one can see Phantom God's LoL Match History, they would be surprised that he always has 20 kills each game, except if he was support, whereas he always have over 40 assists, and zero to only two deaths. Furthermore, Phantom God never lost a game, and if one can see his account's games, there is 100% win rate on every champion he played.

Thunderbird, on the other hand, although never had that many deaths in his career of LoL, he always have deaths on almost each game, at least one death per game, and his worst even got seven deaths. Thunderbird rarely had a perfect game, and his kills are only over ten, and almost never exceeded twenty each.

As you can see, the gap between Phantom God and Thunderbird a stark contrast.

The number of fans on each also varies greatly, as Phantom God has over a billion fans, and Thunderbird only has an estimated 700 million fans.

...

It took an hour to plan his streaming, after that, Daniel basically had nothing to do.

He then got out of his bedroom, and went to a separate room. It was labeled 'Office and Recording Studio.'

Once the door was opened, it can be seen that it was fully sound proof. The room looked pretty large, and there was an extremely high spec up to date computer inside. There was also a sofa and a smart 50-inch television just adjacent to the computer.

There was a mic on the computer, and a camera, which he bought years ago, but never used it, nor planned to use it, until now.

There were many consoles beside the television, and also many disks. There was also a bookshelf on which old and new consoles were on, there was a FunStationPortable, Dreamcast, and other consoles.

It was a 'true blue hardcore gamer's dream room.' The lighting also looked gorgeous, and an air conditioner is installed right above. All in all, it was extremely extravagant, much like Daniel's bedroom.

He looked at the room, as if thinking something, but then rejected the thought, and went outside of his house. He locked his house of course, and took his car.

He just drove around aimlessly, until he saw the Mall of Asia Arena.

There were lights shining around rampantly.

"There's a concert, huh?" Daniel said as he drove over and stopped on the parking lot. He found a parking space amidst the very packed parking lot. "Damn, I'm pretty lucky." He muttered.

He then went to the entrance, and asked the guard, "Who's performing a concert today?"

"Myriad Serenity." The guard answered nonchalantly.

"Myriad Serenity?" Daniel asked himself. He heard of this particular group. It was a Korean girl group that is currently the most popular, it was a nine-member girl group, and many of their songs have been a hit.

However, with the dawn of the Era of Gaming, less and less people payed attention to music, so the entertainment industry's decline rate became faster and faster, as the gaming industry's rise becomes imminent.

Daniel himself was not that large a fan of music, but of course had heard of such a popular group. He loathed Korean music, and any other type of music until he listened to one. One day, he was just surfing WatchTube, and saw the Trending list.

On the Trending list was songs, although he doesn't have deep hatred for music, he still found it an eyesore. However, he accidentally clicked it, and coincidentally, he clicked Myriad Serenity's song.

He tried to immediately close the tab, but because of his absurdly fast internet speed, the song immediately played, and he was caught by the tune.

He never thought that music could be so fascinating. Then, Myriad Serenity became the seed on Daniel's heart for love of music.

Heck, the reason he bothered to learn to play the piano was because of this seed, partly anyways. That year, a new game was released, the Piano Champions, and of course, Daniel tried to play it.

It was pretty fascinating, and because of it, Daniel learned to play the piano, like how he learned to dance because of Just Dance, and learned to play the guitar because of Guitar Heroes, and also learned to play the drums because of Upbeat.

He also learned to sing because of Tone Recognition, a game where one needs to sing perfectly to get a very high score. He learned the techniques just to perfect each and every song on Tone Recognition.

However, after completing all of these, he immediately lost interest on music, and never listened to it, nor touched his piano, guitar, drums, mic, and used the dance floor he has at his basement. His especially built musical room, which is fully equipped with speakers, and the musical equipment one needs, were ignored.

And now, he actually encountered Myriad Serenity?

"Is there many people inside?" Daniel asked the guard?

"Well, there are thousands, but there is still space. Because of the Era of Gaming, music started to decline, y'know. If you want to get in though, you'll need a ticket." The guard replied.

"What about if I pay you 10,000 Pesos?" Daniel asked.

The guard was utterly surprised by this notion of Daniel. Who was this young master tycoon who had so much money, yet didn't even bother to pay a ticket. The guard was not stupid though, and soon 'understood' the situation, this guy just wants to see the beautiful faces of Myriad Serenity's members!

"Okay, okay, however, you''ll have to pay upfront." The guard said with a gentle smile.

Daniel sighed, thinking to himself that people are easily tempted by money. The saying love makes the world go round is definitely not true, and the saying wealth makes the world go round is much truer.

Daniel then took out his wallet, and took out a check worth 10,000 pesos.

"You may now go in." Daniel was dressed pretty casually, however, he still looked dashing.

The moment he got in the Mall of Asia Arena, the beautiful voice of Myriad Serenity's members. The charm hidden within it was something else.

Daniel's heart started to beat faster, as his mood became better. As he was pretty tall amongst Filipino males, having a height of 200 meters, a height not usually seen in Filipino males, he stood out.

He was at the back, but because of his height, he can see everything. The upbeat music was pretty good, and extremely familiar, after all, he did listen to every single song of Myriad Serenity before losing interest in music again.

Daniel smiled as he understood the lyrics. Soon, a girl in the middle noticed Daniel. She was stunned by this youth. Most members of Myriad Serenity is only 19 years old, and the youngest is 18 years old, which is the one who noticed Daniel, the oldest being only 20 years old.

Although Daniel looked pretty far, this particular girl noticed him, and his demonic face with a demonic smile. Isn't he too freaking handsome!? Soon, all of the Myriad Serenity members also noticed him, but then ignored him, their thoughts were also running rampant because of the handsomeness of the youth.

They only ignored him because they're currently on a concert.

The concert lasted for about two and a half hours, soon, it was 6:00 PM.

Myriad Serenity said goodbye, but before that, invited some fans onstage.

They randomly chose, and Daniel was actually chosen. Is this fate?

Anyways, Daniel went onstage along with nine other people, there were six men, including Daniel, and four women.

"So, how do you feel right now guys?" Jiyeon, the leader of the group, asked in Hangul.

The nine other people were clueless to what Jiyeon just said, and only Daniel understood.

He learned Hangul because of Myriad Serenity! However, it was not just Hangul that he knows how to speak, Filipinos can, after all, speak English, and Tagalog or Filipino, and Daniel can, of course, speak these two languages. He can also speak Hangul, just as stated, Mandarin, Nihongo, French, German, and even Russian, and a select few dialects in the Philippines, like Bicolano.

Now, you ask, where the heck did he get the time to learn over ten languages, cook, dance, sing, play three different instruments (Is it only three though? Hehehehehe), program, and do many different things, even technical problems, and editing, in a short span of eighteen years?

Undoubtedly, Daniel was a genius. He was able to learn all of these using self-study, except for Mandarin, which he learned at school, and he even treated all of these as child's play! It was easy! Such a gamer who is also a genius at many things at once is truly extremely rare, and is considered as God's favored child, heck, he even knows a few martial arts, like Kung Fu, and Taekwondo!

Sigh, how much envy would people feel once they knew of Daniel's unparalleled talents in many different fields. It's like Daniel's a game hacker, but the game he's playing is life!

No, actually, only Daniel knows how much work went into learning these things. He sleeps only three hours a day during his high school days, which is definitely unhealthy, learning things, and editing videos. He never once took a break, until he turned eighteen, when he finally started to enjoy youth.

Jiyeon was not surprised that no one understood her, but was disappointed. In the past years, the K-Pop industry was blooming, but then, because of the Era of Gaming, and the rise of Phantom God, it declined. Many people even learned Hangul because of the K-Pop industry, and now, nobody knows how to speak other than Koreans, and a select few.

Sigh, I guess this is the fall of the Era of Movies and Music.

Jiyeon then noticed Daniel smiling at her. "How about you, handsome, how are you?" Jiyeon asked, her beauty took the hearts of many men, and many envious gazes fell on Daniel.

Daniel took the mic, and suddenly started talking in Hangul. "It's a praise from Miss Jiyeon to call me handsome. I'm fine by the way, thank you for asking. How about you?"

Jiyeon was shocked by this development. This guy can freaking understand and speaks fluent Hangul! Grass mud horses ran through her mind, but then a smile replaced her shocked face.

"You can speak Hangul!" She exclaimed, before switching her language to English. She also spoke fluent English. "Do you want this guy to sing a song of ours?"

She asked her audience.

Daniel panicked when he heard this. What the hell!?

Sigh. Daniel just sighed internally, he didn't have any worries, however, his introvert personality suddenly showed up as his face made an expressionless look.

The audience, especially men, shouted, "Yes!"

They were trying to drag Daniel down with them as they were envious of him getting a chance to be onstage with Myriad Serenity.

"Okay, the nine others, can you please go down for a moment." Jiyeon asked with a sweet smile.

Just then, Hyunmi, the youngest, and the first to notice Daniel, went up to Jiyeon, and asked whispering. "Are you sure about this?"

"Yes." Jiyeon nodded. Nobody knew what she was thinking. "We will sing together our Myriad Serenity's Theme Song, Serene!"

The audience screamed and cheered, however, plastered on many men's faces were mockery, and schadenfreude!

They were envious of Daniel's looks, and Daniel's luck, he can't possibly be a good singer, right? They were waiting for Daniel to embarrass himself!

"Oh, wait, how rude of me, what's your name?" Jiyeon asked.

"Daniel." Daniel replied with a calm face. Just what the hell is happening? Thought of Daniel. He just wanted to see the concert, and he actually landed himself in this situation!?

I should have just stayed at my home and played games. Daniel thought, regretting his decision of aimlessly driving, and suddenly getting to Mall of Asia Arena, where Myriad Serenity is coincidentally performing, and I was called on stage. Just what the hell, is this what you call fucking fate!?

"Okay, are you okay with singing Serene with me?" Jiyeon asked in Hangul.

Daniel just nodded, although he wanted to refuse. His head just suddenly bobbed up and down, and his words got stuck in his throat. Sigh. Daniel sighed again.

"Or can you sing it alone?" Jiyeon said.

Daniel thought for a moment, since he was already in this situation, why not try his pretty rusty singing skills? He thought to himself.

He wanted to try practicing himself again as he needs to do other games than MOBA games on his stream after all, maybe he'll try to play Tone Recognition on stream. That was his other purpose for agreeing in this 'sticky situation.'

"You will actually sing it alone?" Jiyeon asked surprised, of course, without holding up the mic.

"Yeah, why not." Daniel shrugged his shoulders, unintentionally looking arrogant.

"Okay, then, let's welcome, Daniel!" Jiyeon said on mic.

A Minus One of the Serene song played, and Daniel's elegant voice rang out.

"Calming voice, " Daniel sang with a perfect pitch.

All throughout the song, Daniel sang perfectly, his voice was actually pretty good, and can be considered the standard of an artist.

The Myriad Serenity members were stunned by the guy in front of them. Is that really a regular Filipino fan, and not a K-Pop star? Goddamn, his Hangul is perfectly fluent, and his singing skills are top-notch, even his body build and looks is perfect for being a K-Pop star, are you really just a nobody!?

Those men who also wanted to see Daniel making a fool of himself were disappointed. What the hell brother, can you at least leave something for us, you have good looks, good luck, good intelligence, and now, good singing voice!?

The men below stage's envious emotions became even stronger.

"Okay... Can we have a round of applause for Daniel!" Jiyeon said.

After that many other things happened, like greeting the fans, heck, they even made Daniel dance! The concert finished.

Daniel was exhausted, performing in front of a crowd, damn. This was his first time, but oddly, he was extremely calm, and was not nervous. He needed this kind of mentality for his first stream tomorrow as well.

My singing and dancing skills haven't deteriorated at least. If Daniel's thoughts were heard, people would definitely beat Daniel up. Singing and dancing skills haven't deteriorated!? You're a freaking God, you are at least an aspiring artist right!?

Daniel exited the Mall of Asia Arena, however, he encountered Hyunmi. "Can you come with me?" Hyunmi asked in a low voice in Hangul.

Daniel nodded, and Hyunmi turned around, as she lead Daniel backstage.

...

1) Chirper and Chirp - Equivalent of Tweeter and Tweet, it's pretty obvious, I think.

2) Spasm - Basically Twitch

As you guys may also have noticed, I've changed YouTube in past chapters to WatchTube, you know, copyright reasons.

What the hell, our mc is something else! Too many godlike talents, too op. He's not just a gamer, he's a God! Vote for The God of Gaming if you agree!

To all readers, thanks for reading The God of Gaming, and patiently waiting for unconfirmed unstable releases. I very much thank you all for staying around, and hope that you vote for The God of Gaming using power stones!

Is it really possible for a human to learn so many things? I don't know, to be honest.
