The heavy fully-armored door crashed against the frame of the cell. It was like a bank vault, but there was an air vent at the bottom. Multiple rows of such a thing were in a big underground floor, and no sunlight must have gone into that place.

Liu Xiaodan was sent to solitary even if he had not lifted a finger in the incident. Then again, based on his security tag and records from Wangguan, he could pretty much infer that Captain just knew that he was responsible for that newcomer bleeding… erm, dying.
