Please Assign a Command [C126]

Hearing the girl's creepy voice, Shu Himo, Aura Azusa and Phylia all had a shiver on their spine.

Shaking their head to calm down, they proceeded to walk inside.

The inside of the tower was surprisingly almost empty, with a single enormous chandelier on the ceiling. The ceiling was at least fifty meters high from the ground, surprising the three, for what use was such a spacious hall? Fighting?

The walls were completely shadowed and black, producing an eerie atmosphere making anyone feel as if anything could appear anytime.

Looking up, the three seeing the girl who just talked were stunned.

She was seated on the chandelier, playing with it as if it were a swing, oscillating from a part to the other of the hall. Her long smooth silver hair was continuously fluttering due to her movement, sometimes passed in front of her face, revealing her violet eyes and her wide smile.

She wore a black gothic lolita dress with a white puffed shoulder sheath, that overlined long black open sleeves. From her waist down was a black petticoat that opened at the front to reveal the snow white layers of the dress beneath that stopped just above a pair of black platform boots, reaching her knees hidden under black laced socks.

Her features resembled that of a 14 years old girl of the human race, yet her smile and the eerie light from her eyes betrayed her appearance, making anyone believe to be in front of a demon instead.

She was emanating an eerie atmosphere just by staying there, able to scare anyone into a desperate flight.

Gazing at the three she muttered, "Will they be toys… or not?"

She then grinned widely in anticipation as she stared at them, "For what reason did you three guests came here? Perhaps... you came here to obtain this?" Taking a small green gem between her fingers, she observed their reactions, revealing a small excited light in her eyes.

As Aura Azusa didn't know they came here for that, she only looked puzzled the gem, wondering what use would that be for; while phylia had a nonchalant expression, even if she noticed that it resembled a gem they took some years ago.

However, Shu Himo seeing the gem was dumbfounded, he could not see through her cultivation realm, meaning that she was way stronger than him... so how was he supposed to obtain the gem? Yet the system valued this as an S- difficulty quest... 'System, are you making fun of me?'

[There is no error. Based on the User's current capabilities the difficulty of the quest is S-.]

Shu Himo could not believe it, even in front of an opponent that could kill them in a single hit, the system still claimed that it was just an S- quest! How can someone be this shameless and not admit their errors?

Seeing Shu Himo's reaction, the girl stood up on the chandelier, with a wide smile on her face, "Hehe... a guest wants to play... let's play a little game!" Pointing toward the three, she then mischievously said, "Will you try one at a time... or all together?"

Hearing that there was a test instead of fighting her, Shu Himo's eyes sparkled, "I will try by myself!" Surely he would do it by himself, wouldn't it be embarrassing requiring help for just a test?

Aura Azusa seemed disappointed, Shu Himo accepted faster than her, taking her chance. Meanwhile, Phylia did not want to accept from the start, she would let her master chose for her.

Appreciating that Shu Himo accepted, the girl had a wide grin on her face, "What is your name?"

Hearing her question he simply replied, "Shu Himo!" He was quite curious about what the test would be, so his gaze almost seemed to urge her to start it.

In front of his enthusiasm her lips grew into a wide smile, yet her voice sounded eerie, "Hehe… remember that the penalty for failure… is death!"

She then clapped her hands, and the walls of the tower suddenly became darker and assumed the same appearance as a teleportation portal, extruding a sinister feeling.

This startled the three, was she summoning something?

A moment later, from three locations of the portals, something came out: hands! Yet they were not normal hands… they were instead mechanical hands, seemingly trying to grab something.

Gradually, the rest of the three mechanical bodies came out, shocking everyone, what were they doing here?

The bodies had a humanoid form and were around five meters tall, colored in both gray and black. With glowing red eyes appearing to be targeting every form of life in the area, they produced a pressure that would make most run just from their gaze.

At that moment, the girl muttered curiously to herself, "Three Met-3 against a Dantian Core Formation of the 7th string… will you give me any surprise?"

The three Met-3, being suddenly transported in the hall began examining everything, "Detected positive environment. Functionality 100% stable. Examining potential enemies in the area… detected three enemies."

While formulating the chances of victory against their opponents, the three Met-3 suddenly froze.

"Detected additional form of life in the area. Analyzing…" Directed toward the girl on the chandelier, they did not move for ten seconds, appearing to be analyzing her aura.

Abruptly, they kneeled down, with their mechanical head bowed toward the floor, "The units number 32345 Met-3, 23432 Met-3, and 45323 Met-3 are ready. Please assign a command, Demon King."
