Relentless Overlord General

He ran towards the group and halted panting slightly.


".....excuse me…..are you traveling from Xing City?" He panted as he caught his breath.


Shi Rong raised her eyebrows as she answered. "yes we are."


He raised his head slightly. "Have you encountered anybody by the name of Shi Rong?"


Shi Rong looked down at the letter in his hand stamped with the royal seal. Her heart skipped a beat as she knitted her brows. "That is I."


The strange man became excited. "Princess Rong I have an urgent letter from the palace." He handed her the letter and kowtowed towards the ground.


Shi Rong read its contents. Her face turned a deep shade of red with anger as her body trembled violently. She garnish her teeth as she ripped up the letter. 


She turned towards Ling Yiyao with a murderous expression as she commanded angrily. "WE'RE HEADING TO THE PALACE IMMEDIATELY SHI YAN AND LIN SHAOZE HAVE BEEN CAPTURED."


She didn't give them time to answer as she began running as fast her newly gained power would allow her.


Xiandi quickly transformed into a tiger allowing the strange man and Ling Yiyao to quickly climb on his back before he dashed after Shi Rong.


Hui Mian gritted her teeth in annoyance as she transformed into a giant hare. Her long ears stood up straight as the fur on the end trickled and cracked with electricity. Her long sharp teeth hung from the top of her lips as her one yellowish eye displayed a cold light. She dug her sharp claws into the ground as she kicked off into a large blur leaving behind nothing but a gust of wind.


She quickly ran towards Shi Rong and flung her on her back as she made haste towards the Palace.


Emperor Shi paced through his study glaring at Shi Tian. "You incompetent daughter of mine, you was only supposed to harm the 5th princess. Why is the 4th prince of the Xiao Dragon Country tied up in our dungeon with Qi blocking chains."


Shi Tian bowed deeply. "Imperial father it would seem the 4th prince was ordered to protect the 5th princess by the 3rd good-for-nothing princess surely if he was allowed to roam free under her command it would spell disaster for us."


Emperor Shi turned towards the large window overlooking the large Genji City. His heart grew in fear of the unknown. He settled his wild emotions as he sighed deeply.


"2nd princess Shi Tian make sure you keep everybody in the palace under a stern code of silence about the matter regarding the 4th prince of Xiao Dragon Country….as for the 5th princess Shi Yan send out a royal announcement that she has fallen extremely ill and passed away. When that good-for-nothing bastard Shi Rong arrives we will say she has suffered the same faith once we have dealt with her."
