Relentless Overlord General

Shi Rong glanced at the purring Kunlai his bright golden eyes sparkled in her black eyes. he licked the tip of her nose then snuggled further into her arms as his ears danced with flames at the tips.


Xiandi picked the baby Kunlai up by his tail with an almost jealous expression as his voice filled with rage and annoyance. "Hey you little sh*t who gave you permission to cuddle with my master?"


The baby Kunlai whined and growled with anger towards Xiandi as it stretched towards Shi Rong.


Xiandi pinched his tail roughly beneath his palm as he spoke viscously. "You little rat stay away from my master."


Shi Rongs eyebrows raised slightly in surprise at Xiandi addressing her as master.


The baby Kunlai growled once more towards Xiandi before he engulfed his entire body in flames burning his palms until he dropped him. He cried when he landed on his side causing Shi Rong to reach down and pick him up. 


Ling Yiyao looked at the baby in Shi Rongs arms with a jealous expression. "My Dear I believe it has identified you and labeled you as his mother."


Hui Mians cheeks turned yellow with jealousy and rage. "ARE YOU SERIOUS THE FIRST KUNLAI IN A THOUSAND YEARS AND IT IDENTIFIES A HUMAN WOMAN AS ITS MOTHER!"


Shi Rong looked down with a loving expression as she stroked his long silking hot fur. The roots of his fur burned with high heat which would cause any other human without a high level of Qi energy to immediately drop the little beast.


His ears perked up in excitement at her command. His body quaked in excitement as the flames on his ears changed from a light red flame to a bright yellow to display his happiness.


Ling Yiyao glanced in excitement. "Mo Wu is Yue Kunlai this particular breed has been extinct for three thousand years the last time I saw a Yue Kunlai was on the Jiang Four Peak River Lands. This breed is highly intelligent displaying a high charistic for human and understanding while also being capable of turning into a Duan Semi-Beast. meaning it can turn into a half human beast at a mature and powerstate in its life if capable of successfully breaking through to a World Level instead of becoming trapped at a  Semi-Martial OverLord."


Shi Rong glanced at Ling Yiyao in surprise. "Yiyao how long have you been alive?"


If she can determine how long he has been alive she can determine his exact power level! Especially since he seems to be frozen at the age of just twenty two!


Ling Yiyao started her in the eyes. "My Lady that is a secret for another time."
