Relentless Overlord General

She swung the blade with force and precision striking the Xiangliu in the side as the blade sunk deep. She pulled it out leaving the lightning stone inside.


It turned around trying to charge at her but was suddenly struck with multiple bolts of lightning as it twisted in agony.


She leapt into the air bringing the blade down with all her might as she plunged it into its chest. It screamed and wailed as she began to cut open its stomach.


Blood splattered across her face with every slice. It's screams of pain pierced through air.


Shi Rong winced in disgust as the warm green blood slashed her in the face. She dug through its chest and inner organs as she pulled out it's still beating heart. It screamed once more lunging forward before crashing to the ground in defeat.


Shi Rong smiled in satisfaction at her victory but quickly began to stagger from side to side. Quijie immediately ran over and retrieved the heart catching Shi Rong before she fell over as she swayed.


"Quijie...what's...going...on?" She said weakly as her vision became obstructed.


He frowned slightly. "My lady it would appear its blood causes hallucinations.


Shi Rong looked off into the distance. She saw a woman in black robes and a hood approaching wearing a sinister smile.


She pulled back her hood revealing her face.


"Mother?!" Shi Rong lunged forward nearly falling into the green bubbly lake.


Quijie grabbed her by the waist and peered into the empty space. Everything was clear besides the corpse of the Xiangliu.


He frowned as he lightly slapped her face. "Master wake up there's nothing there."


Shi Rong looked at Quijie and frowned deeply as her body filled with rage. Quijie's face and body began to morph into General Xia. "SHUT UP YOU BASTARD!"


Shi Rong pushed Quijie back with a blast of energy catching him off guard and sending him flying. 


She grabbed the naginata and began walking towards Quijie as she dragged the blade through the ground. It roared as it tried to sink deeper into the ground to stop her movements but she still managed to pull it through the dirt.


Quijie stood up and began to back away from Shi Rong which only seemed to further anger her.


She stepped forward causing the earth to quake as she roared. "YOU SHAMELESS GENERAL I SHALL END YOU HERE!"
