Shi Rong glanced at Mo Yu. "Of course little one for this battle will require a great amount of teamwork." Shi Rong turned her gaze in Hui Mian's direction.
Hui Mian raised her chin in an arrogant manner as she huffed. "Hmph, only because Xiandi and Mo Yu will be involved in this battle."
Mo Yu jumped up and down in an excited manner. He turned his gaze towards the large spider then transformed into a small Yue Kunlai. His black fur spiked as he arched his back. The flames at the tips of his ears turned a bright shade of red as he speed off at full speed towards the large spider.
Shi Rong lunged forward after him from worry. "MO YU!"
The giant spider turned his attention towards Mo Yu and separated his fangs as he blew a large gust of wind towards him. Mo Yu raised his defenses as he curled into a small ball on the ground. His fur rustled slightly from the impact.
He quickly stood up on all four paws and lunged for him again as he began shooting spikes of crystalized fur towards the creature. It used its tail to block the attacks causing the crystalized spikes to crash to the floor.
Mo Yu whined at his failed attack. Shi Rong ran and stood next to him. "Mo Yu no need to be sad that Chimerarachne yingi is also a high-level Martial Overlord."
Mo Yu turned his head to the side in confusion.
Shi Rong sighed as she explained. "The world cultivation system begins with cultivation levels one through eight were an individual works on their Qi strength, metal strength and physical strength however once you jump into the ranks of Martial status the real works begins for even though it's easy to move ahead in the status and power scale after a martial honor becomes apart by a huge difference but if your lacking in physical strength like I was for awhile it can greatly hinder your performance and strength for you can be a martial overlord and have the strength of a Martial Emperor at its lowest form. The World level rankings is a system all its on for there is no low, medium are high but an add on of supreme and god in order to pass through to the next ranking however there are many physical and mental trials one individual must encounter before being allowed to move forward or have a breakthrough. Once you pass through the World level rankings there are the Lord rankings then Overlord."
Shi Rong raised her naginata to shoulder level as she eyed the advancing spider.
Hui Mian ran to her side. "However one can easily get stuck when trying to advance over towards the next rankings and become stuck at a semi-level, but Mo Yu based of your power you have the Qi energy of a high-level Martial Overlord but the physical strength of a medium-level Martial Saint which explains why your attacks didn't penetrate its skin even though it blocked."
