Relentless Overlord General

Shi Rong held a jar above her head staring at the contents with a sly smile. "Excellent, by the way Quijie prepare me lighting power, hypnosis plants, a sterilizing liquid and highly explosive cauldron power."


Quijie raised his eyebrow in interest. "What for?"


Shi Rong placed all the field bottle into a crate picking it up and placing it over her shoulder. "That shall be a surprise for later but for now just know its a backup plan."


She walked carrying the crate disappearing from the Heavenly Pavilion back into the deserted area behind the Messenger Center.  She used one hand to balance the crate and the other to pull her hood back over her head then descended into the street where the crowd was slowly starting to disperse from the days activities. 


She kicked open the door slightly then pushed her way through with the crate. the same thirteen year old give from earlier sat behind the counter with a scowl on her face as she stared out the window in boredom. Shi Rong placed the crate on the table with a loud thud causing the girl to jump slightly and turn around in shock. 


Her widen eyes turned into a calm and composed gaze upon gazing over the woman's face. "Ah lady Da Lui your back."


Shi Rong pushed the crate towards the young girl. "Have these delivered as well to the people on this list to this city and the next one over."


The girl nodded her head. "Of course...right before I forget." She pulled a tiny pile of nearly seven letters from under the counter addressed to the Zhi family. "These were intercepted by my messengers addressed to the Zhi family from the power cultivators and powerful families in this city including from the Wu family."


Shi Rong smiled and picked up a letter tearing away the seal and reading it.


          I understand a letter has been sent to my wonderful and grand residence from the mighty Zhi family but was addressed for another manor besides my own, but I must say I'm shocked and outraged by its contents. Ally and dear old friend Master Zhi why have you betrayed us in such away stating you shall dispose of our grand family and friendship because you feel we are incompetent, weak and are unfit to stand beside you ruling in your soon to be world of power even going as far as to threaten my life and others.  I shall give you only one chance to repent for your sins against us if not please prepare to deal with the consequences.
