Danger

Gu Hua and Lin Biao searched the mountain for an entire day but they had no harvests at all.

Just as they were resting, Gu Hua suddenly felt a sense of danger and subconsciously stood up.

"Brother, what's the matter?" Lin Biao asked when he saw Gu Hua panic.

"I heard something," Gu Hua said.

Lin Biao had yet to say anything when he heard the deafening hiss of a Python. Following which, from a distance about more than a hundred metres away, he saw an enormous python slithering towards them with terrifying speed.

The Python was no less than fifteen meters long, it's lower body was moving in a wavy motion leaving behind a dense purple ink-like substance continuously releasing small air bubbles which looks quite similar to hydrofluoric acid except the fact that hydrofluoric acid is colourless. The scales that covered its body was gorgeous violet colour. It's bloody mouth gaped wide open.

"Sev... seventh ranked Purple Python." Lin Biao sucked in a cold breath when he saw fifteen-meter long Python.

It was not only Lin Biao who had been scared witless by the Purple Python.

Gu Hua also had a feeling of absolute horror with her current strength being initial level fifth grade Spirit Warrior, she would barely be able to hit him. Against a Seventh Saint Ranked Purple Python, she would instantly lose.

Suddenly the Purple Python released a furious snarl, its big blood-red eyes staring menacingly at Gu Hua and Lin Biao. And as the venom dripping down its fangs landed on the ground, a sizzling noise could be heard as the ground corroded.

When Gu Hua saw that Purple Python was coming closer toward them, she immediately reacted condensing the spiritual power within her body to her feet, she then rapidly ran away as fast as lightning. She also pulled Lin Biao, who was standing beside her and they ran without even being able to pack their things.

But no matter how fast their speed was, the Purple Python was even faster. Obviously, its body was gigantic, yet it could somehow still move freely amongst the forest.

Seeing the Purple Python draw closer, Lin Biao couldn't help but complain, "Damn it, how can this snake run so fast!"

With a fishy stench, purple venom unceasingly hurtled towards both of them. And wherever the venom landed, not even a single blade of grass was spared.

The spiritual power within Gu Hua's body was slowly depleting, and realising that the Purple Python was about to catch her, she decided to battle it out with it.

Gu Hua slowly turned back to face the Purple Python that was still chasing them, holding her flame empress sword in her hand.

"Master, this Spirit Beast is too strong for you to handle. It would be better if you come back inside the Boundless Beast or let me out so that I can help you deal with this beast." KitKat spoke as he nodded his head, again and again, beginning to rub his fists, "Just watch me beat up this bastard."

"That won't work." Gu Hua's eyes lowered, "You can't come out."

Hearing Gu Hua's words, Kitkat looked quite disappointed for a second but he became cheerful once again when he understood the meaning behind Gu Hua's words.

"Lin Biao is also here with us and we can't trust him yet. So, it's better to not take the risk, This, I will do myself." Gu Hua's eyes were hard as she spoke.

Hearing Gu Hua's confident speech, although Kitkat turned silent, his heart only grew all the more worried.

Kitkat knew that she was very serious about guaranteeing his safety. Although her strength still currently wasn't enough to protect him, she still didn't let him take any risks.
