The Approaching Danger from Break Through

"Gus and Frank, who the fuck are those guys?"

Wade had been working outside the main territory, so he was not aware of all the subordinates that were under him.

"The grave diggers who you keep sending the bodies to, your mission is to dispose of them and retrieve the space medallion we had given them." Harrison on the other hand was similar to the chief of staff in the lower ranks.

The medallion was one of the methods of communication, this world had low economic standards, but they make up with their discovery of using enchanted tools such as the messaging tool but only large clans like the Naga who have vast territories only use them.

And majority have monopolized by those of such status to prevent leakage.

"Hah?!?!! Why did those trash get something so valuable, are you retarded!?!?!!?!?!" Having heard something so unbelievable, he can only curse at the person before him.

The medallion Harrison was talking about is a low graded item that can send written message, the issue is that it can only do it one sided, a low quality in other words.

Even though the item is a low grade, it alone is worth 1000 gold coins in manufacturing cost especially to the spatial element enchantment one of the rarest elements that even large families and empires who have such personnel only have enough to be counted by their hands.

Being a rare element anyone would want to rope one in even if that was still in the Zero tier, with manufacturing of enchantment for connecting space to an object there was bound to be profit, that goes to show how important the item was.

Being born with such abilities makes them a winner in life.

With all the cursing had been said, Harrison had a look of disdain, as if he was talking to an imbecile so he narrated the reason.

The reason Gus and Frank were given the medallion was because they have never left beyond the city limits, even if they have left their destination would be one of the territories they owned, but that is only if they had sent a written absence of leave before hand then they would have been no worries.

But those two were uneducated, and their supposed superior, Wade, was not around so they left with the medallion without a second thought, Frank was the one who sold his to a pawn shop mistaking it as a high grade jewelry, after looking through each jewelry and small time merchants, they immediately concluded that Gus still had his, since there was only one found in the market.

It would have sufficed if that was the only news, however after investigating both their houses were empty, no food, clothes or their hidden fortunes were not found, even the medallions.

So they concluded that after finding out the price of one of the medallion, they left Mordan city to live of the small fortune they made out.

"So you want me to clean up after you, oh my, how far have you fallen to this state, Harrison."

The last words were stretched out, along with his mocking expression including him being suspended in air, it speaks volumes to humiliating the former's mistake.

"Do not be mistaken! Those plebeians are barely passable, since they have been under you it was your responsibility to look after them."

Harrison had obvious signs being in a water and oil like relationship with Wade.

Between the two of them Harrison had a higher status since he worked close to the main family, but in terms of fighting ability Wade was always favored when an order had been made.

These two were orphans and had been close like brothers with dreams, then they started working as mercenaries when they grew older they worked for a wealthy merchant that was passing by their hometown, along the way they were tricked and sold as slaves from their boss, after a grueling five years they had paid for their freedom.

But these two had changed completely, because of the incident they blamed each other for being tricked continuously, and went their separate ways, one choose to work for a noble while the other wanted his revenge.

Unknowingly, after two years both of these two had started working for the same Clan, but unlike before they had different statuses, Harrison, who was no longer a naive youth who had a sense of justice, became a cunning fox who aims to gain favor of the higher ups, while Wade had build a reputation in his acts of defeating bandit groups by himself so he was considered a qualified hunter.

Both have cultivated, but only one showed potential, that was Wade "The Great Fang", Harrison "Little Fortune" however only showed a great ability in administration and was gifted treasure and status instead, clearly one of them had tried to make the others life miserable, only to fail and have both at each other's throats.

Wade was standing five and a half feet with bulging muscles on his arms, clearly he had been using his great sword repeatedly killing opponents during his free time, focusing on strength and endurance.

While Harrison was standing near six feet, and feminine like limbs was holding on to a nine segmented whip made of iron, focusing on speed and reflexes.

That is why both of these two have never gotten along as both were polar opposites and were given a number of privileges because of their differences, one was talented in the fighting while one was talented in work, there was bound to be conflict.

"Humph, so where were they last seen, the guards would have been the one who had saw them last since they left."

"Last time they saw them they were carrying supplies such as food, two cases of alcohol, they bought, no horses, nor tents. They had with them were extra clothes and supplies, including their weapons consisting of knives, spears, nets and an ax. You can still find them, they have left about two ago so you will find them still nearby. Use this if your incapable of finding their trail."

Harrison had thrown a glass ball at Wade and he caught, no matter how much they hate each other's guts they had to be professionals in their position given, if not, their credibility and trust will go down. But if one was doing a separate matter then only one side will be blamed so they will be delighted for their suffering.

Looking at orb for a moment he put it aside in a spatial ring, a high grade item that can fit about any item inside a space the size of a room.

"Be back in five to six days, be sure to get my money ready." Grabbing his great sword, he swung his whole body and pulled his weapon and hid it again, walking away in to the entrance.

"Bastard, I hope he dies a horrible death."

"To think this ability was a so versatile!" Stigma who was meditating not long ago was seeing the results of his new abilities.

He first started thinking about what he remembered about the Zen energy, the energy was similar fire contained in the body because of the warmth the emitted, but the one Stigma had was like similar to tar, slow and and thick.

With his understanding if the movement was slow it must be because of the amount he was using was too much for him, so he tried going by a palm size, resulting in him finding a new discovery.

When he thought about, if he followed the concept of the world then he will stuck, so he had to follow his understanding, eventually turning the tar like energy to clay, but the energy was still leaking continuously, he started forming the energy little by little.

After going by his bizarre training the sun had already shined before he knew it, with a sense of hunger in him he grabbed the sack that was buried near him and ate all the meat that can fill five large bowls had fully vanished before he knew it.

While he was at it he tried to breakthrough using the energy he stored, the feeling as similar to having drank hot coffee in the morning, so had to stop from time to time, leading to losing some energy wasted.

"I'm wasting time, it's now or never, I'm excited in learning the semi-omnipotence."

He had to bite the bullet, if he wasted time danger will follow him, even with Dusk protecting he was still one being and Hilda was just a sword.

Taking a deep breath, he closed his eyes and used the same feeling he had when he tried to cultivate.

Not long after, he felt his body feel the same burning sensation he had before, so he had to bear with the pain in one go.

Cursing continuously for the pain and headache he was getting.

After another hour a stream of notifications appeared again.

After picking the Hunting Skill the same timer showed up, he grabbed Hilda and ordered Dusk to equip him in armor.

Approaching them were eight large wolf, their eyes were blood-shoot and their fur was stiff, they were all drooling with a look of insane hunger.

One wolf could not wait and pounced at Stigma, only to be greeted with a large swing of his Cursed Sword named Hilda. The wolf then convulsed and tried to stand up looking enraged.

No turning back now! Swinging Hilda to remove the blood he looked imposing as he was surrounded.
