The giant dead Heaven-Devouring Turtle provided the cultivators a temporary landing place at the entrance to the Plane of Nine-Fold Darkness in the Yellow Spring Sea. They constructed large stretches of land and islands with earth-element spells on the huge corpse of the demon, and they built a monitoring station to observe the strange movements on the other side of the crevice at the ocean bottom.

It was cold in the ocean during the night. Several black-robed cultivators slowly flew up from the bottom of the ocean and came out of the sea.
