Archers did not have a corresponding melee skill. They could only use normal attacks (with whatever angles they liked), and all of the weapons in King of Pantheon had ATK SPD so they could all use normal attacks. The first attack could be used instantaneously, but the second needed a loading bar. The purple-colored fishing rod's ATK SPD (2 seconds each) added to Li Yi's own ATK SPD still meant that he needed to wait more than a second before he could use it.
