CHAPTER 174

"My face," Isaac continued to wail like a wounded dog, "My money-making face," 

The frown on his rumbled expression deepened when he saw the blood on his palms.

"I am going to kill you," He gnashed his teeth with hate. 

Matt had seen those looks before, and even though they frightened him once, he was familiar with them now. He wouldn't fringe or let fright snip the courage that was welling in his stomach. He was here to avenge the death of his lover. No Jupiter was going to sojourn him, not even those heat emanating from Isaac's stare. 

The other inquisitors in the room seemed to have recovered from their shock. Matt had not seen them drawn out their Candor. But to his dismay, they all surrounded him with the laser sword, ready to slice him like a piece of chicken.
