I turned around to see the red-haired girl standing behind me with the young-looking gentleman.

He appeared to be my age but had an expressionless stare across his face. His brown hair was slicked back over his slender slightly feminine face. He stared at me with his emotionless brown eyes. I turned towards the girl and knelt in front of her.

She stared at me with her big green eyes. I never really paid attention to her features. She had soft slender pink lips and eyes as big as a doll. She didn't appear to be a child for her face had mature features.

"what's your name?" I asked her. She blinked her eyes at me and curled up the corner of her mouth with a smug playful smile. "like I said I'm the spinner of time and the twister of tales, "She joked.

"Indeed," the young man chimed in. She wrapped her slender fingers around his hand and walked down the corridor past the doors that aligned the walls. She looked back at me as if telling me to follow her.

She stopped in front of a door labeled Asher and twisted the latch. The door swung open with a loud creak. Inside was an old coffin. The wooden frame was a bright red oak with golden hued handles aligning the sides. There was a silver colored floral print flower on top of the coffin. She walked up to the coffin and motioned me to open it. I walked up towards the coffin and hesitated.

"Follow my ladies orders lord Green," Chimed the young man. I hesitated once more as I extended my hand towards the coffin. I rested my hand on its lid. The flower glowed a faint gold light then clicked.

The lid slowly opened with a loud creak as it exposed a view of purple velvet stairs cascading down into a long corridor. She ushered me to step inside. I looked at her. She extended her hand towards the opening, "This is Lady Ashers ultimate secret and true demise." I stepped away from the coffin and backed towards the door.

The lid slammed shut with a loud click.

"Such disrespect," said the young gentleman. The girl chuckled then turned on her heels towards me slightly stomping her foot in annoyance. "Quite," She hummed as she walked towards me. "are you not curious about what lies below?" She asked.

I glanced at the coffin then back at her. The young man walked forward and closed his eyes. "Seems this young sir is not worthy of your patronage young miss," He said emotionlessly.

She held up her hand to shush him then turned on her heels towards the door. She opened the door and walked down the hall towards a similar looking door.
